Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable about general Rome history, as well as specifically the Forum and Colosseum. Having tour of Colosseum with archeologist staff was amazing, and loved being able to see lower level.

This trip opened up so many good and interesting memories. This is a fantastic tour taking you everywhere in the Colosseum. The views from the top level and the experience of being in the lower levels were stunning. Terrific guide and excellent trip so much more valuable than the general tour.

Our group of 4 was greeted outside the Colosseum by a guide who was professional and friendly, he escorted us into the Colosseum where we were met by a young lady who then guided a larger group of people throughout the Colosseum on all levels explaining in great detail the history. This was a very enjoyable and educational experience.

This was a two part tour provided by two different guides. The first part was the Roman Forum which was extremely interesting and informative. We loved that they are still excavating. We loved learning about daily life in Ancient Rome. The second part was a tour by an archeologist of the lower level. Again so informative and interesting. Once again learning about the daily lives in ancient times was really interesting. Both tour guides were great.

Our tour of Ancient Rome, including the Colosseum and the Forum was superb. Our tour started with Mido, who introduced us to the sight and told an incredible history of this era and then guided us to meet a young woman for our underground and inside the Colosseum tour. Unfortunately, I do not remember her name but she had shoulder length brown hair and a lovely freckled face!. Then we met Mido again outside the Colosseum to do our tour of the Forum. Both guides were excellent and their enthusiasm and knowledge of the history made you feel that you were actually there, living in Ancient Rome. We could almost smell, hear and feel what was happening during these times! And being in a smaller group was so much better than being in a larger group as you were able to skip the lines and could move much easier through all the crowds. I highly recommend this tour to any one visiting Rome who wants to get a very historical and fabulous tour of these ruins!

We were very happy with this tour. Gave us all the history, a lot of which was new to us. However, if you are in poor physical condition, this may be challenging with all the walking and steps. It certainly is not handicapped accessible.

Wow! The Colosseum was something. I cannot remember the initial guide's name who met us in front of the train station, but he was very good and then we were handed off to another guide who was an archeologist. She really knew her stuff and we learned so, so much from both of them. What a great history lesson they both provided. I would recommend this tour to anyone. There were a lot of steps, so if someone has trouble going up steps, they might want to think about it.

Very well organized, great guide. Just the right amount of time. Easy meeting location, and small group.

Great tour to learn about the Colosseum and fabulous for photo ops. The underground was awesome, but we were upgrades to all levels of the Colosseum and I’m so grateful for that!

Always a good idea to get out early and beat the crowds. We had two great guides, inside and outside the Coleseo. Beautiful walk through history at the Forum. Well worth the money.
