Excellent way to skip the queues. Was met by friendly Gabrielle and taken straight in with all the info needed. Was able to amble round at our own speed. Can't understand why others don't prebook tickets and stand in those massive queues. It may cost a bit more but well worth it.

Worth the time not spent in line! She welcomed us at the meeting spot and took us right in! It was really fast and easy.

Definitely worth the money to skip the lines, as the lines were huge and way around the block in the hot sun. Our guide was waiting as planned, held up a sign so we knew it was him, and he spoke great English. He guided us right through the initial lines entry, security, tickets, etc and the whole process was so smooth and easy. Then he gave us a brief orientation and we were on our own - perfect for our family! If we hadn't done this, the entire process of getting into the Vatican would likely have taken at least 2 - 3 hours, just to get in the door, and we would have been confused about where to go as the signs are not very clear. Definitely worth it!

Skip the line is good but the problem with this activity is that you don't have a clue who the person is that you're supposed to meet. I talked to any person who looked like they were a tour activity person. I would show them my viator reference letter. I consider it dumb luck that I found the correct person who would get us into the museum just by asking around. I have done this activity before and it has been the same every time.

The Vatican Museum is overwhelming. If you really want to take the most of it in, allocate at least two full days. We had only one day available and it was wonderful but exhausting.

This trip did exactly what it said it would and made it much quicker and easier to get into the Vatican Museum. Much better than standing in the heat for a long time to get in especially if your time in Rome is limited. Our guide was lovely although we were only with her for a short time.

everything was clearly indicated on the booking and meeting the rep for tickets was easy. She walked us all the way through the line and made sure we got in as quickly as possible.

Made a big difference getting in on a busy day. The girls met us and handled tickets, guided us through security and then with map in hand we were ready to explore in less than ten minutes.

Worth doing because skipped the long que i opted for no guide as wanted to take it all in ourselves rather than having a guide and purchased headphones for audio. Tip: take your own headphones for device.
