On arrival, it’s a gentle walk to the first platform, perched 72 feet above the forest floor. Before you launch into the canopy, expert guides provide safety gear and a briefing on what you can expect during your treetops adventure.
Before you shoot off into the tree canopy, learn about the region’s history and birdlife, and hear about steps the local tour operator is taking to care for the 500-year-old forest. Then enjoy aerial views as you zoom along six ziplines — the longest of which is 722 feet (220 meters) long — stopping at two suspended bridges in between.
Back on firm ground, finish your Rotorua zipline adventure with drop-off at your hotel.

I specifically called and cancelled this experience 2 days before the event... sadly Ihad not accounted for crossing the international dateline, oops!
No one said, call Viator & obviously they didn't tell them. I will challenge this on my cc. We were sad to miss the experience, but did aggravated we have to deal with this now.
The lush green surrounds you giving you a relaxing and peaceful state of mind. Even if you are ziplining pretty high, the vegetation masks everything and offers you not just beautiful views but also a primitive sentiment of belonging to that environment. The guides that we had were GREAT: joyful, entertaining, knowledgeable, and they made everything easy.
I've done a few canopy zipline tours throughout the world and this is the best I've done by far. Highly professional, safe, and knowledgeable guides that also encouraged heaps of fun were the key. The forest was beautiful and peaceful with the conservation work and information really important. Fantastic tour, definitely do this if you are in Rotorua.
