Disorganized Tour Group

In short, would I book with this company again? The answer is NO! This group was beyond disorganized. We were getting different answers at different times. We were not informed on what or where our transportation would be and we had to keep asking to verify. Our tour guide did not know where to find us. We waited in long lines and was not able to find the group. We were told we'd get hotel drop off and pick up but that was not the case. We got on our a bus and it dropped us off at some random location at Cusco at 2;30am. We then had to look around for a taxi. That is NOT how you want to spend your first time in a new country!
Never would I book with this group again.

I am quite astonished to read your comment here. As a matter of fact, I was personally present as you were leaving for the tour and told our coordinator to guide you to the starting point. As I informed, vehicles were prohibited from entering the historic center on the day due to the celebration which resulted in a roadblock. I was constantly in touch with you through WhatsApp guiding you.
We did book you on an earlier train from Aguas Calientes to Ollantaytambo but you insisted on being booked on the last train as you mentioned that you wanted to spend some time in the hot spring after your trip to Machu Picchu citadel.
On our briefing, I did mention that the chauffeurs are not allowed to wait inside the train station and I did mention the meeting point and even pointed it on the map.
Once again, I would like to extend my apology since we could not meet your expectations. Thank you for giving us an opportunity to serve you.
I only had a great experience and service through Heidi. She was in touch with me very soon after I booked via WhatsApp to meet up to explain all aspects of the tour and give me the tickets I’d need. I had booked quite last minute so a return train ticket wasn’t available on the same day. Heidi solved this by booking me a night in a hostel free of charge and booking me a train ticket for the morning. She was in touch every now and again to see how I was doing and if everything on the tour was okay. A very nice touch. Obvs MP was excellent too! Go to MP and book with Heidi : )
