Non-refundable, so be sure before you book. I double booked by mistake, and was stuck with the double cost. Tour itself was very good, worth it. Been to Salzburg over 40 years ago, so a nice review.

Beautiful day for a river cruise! We departed on time for the trip to Hellbrunn Palace. The Captain pointed out some note worth buildings,
and sadly the cruise ended too soon. We disembarked to Hellbrunn Oakace...well actually the bus to the Palace. And here's where I
disagree with the tour. Why do tour guides have to run every where? Well maybe not exactly run, but sprint to the bus. Okay so my husband and I aren't exactly youngsters, but trying to keep up with the tour guide was exhausting, especially in the heat. Wear good shoes. The tour of the Palace was amazing....lots of surprises at the Wasserspiele, and our guide was really nice. The architect of the Wasserspiel must have had some sense of humor, or was really a kind at heart. The tour was fun and there was time to spend on our own. Nice bus ride back to Salzburg, too! Thanks, guys!

This was a nice way to see Salzburg. We had a beautiful day and it was worth the extra money to board the boat early. Very nice.

this was a lovely trip and the trick fountains definitely worth the visit. I have enjoyed all my Viator trips, but this one was slightly disorganised. The bus driver took us from the boat to the Palace gardens, but did not tell us when to meet or what the procedure was for getting into the trick fountains. he might have said it in German, but not English. we followed the crowd and it worked out fine. A good tour, but with a little bit more information about logistics in English. it was an English/German tour. The guide in the fountains was excellent also.

Hellbrunn Palace is great a lot of fun. I recommend it. The boat trip was fine. Only complaint was the size of the group for the tour at the palace. It was much too large to easily hear the guide. It seemed that groups were combined since we were probably a little bit late arriving. The bus driver was very kind to assist a disabled person in making the tour in a wheelchair. Expect to be surprised and maybe get a little wet that's the fun of it.

Our British boat captain and bus driver was delightful. The outdoor tour of Hellbrunn was very interesting, to say the least! My father had seen this before 64 years ago and was so eager to show me things inside the house. He was terribly disappointed that it was all gone.

The boat trip was fine with a fun commentary from the captain. The Trick fountains at Hellbrunn were hilarious but there was no time to go round the Palace. You need at least another hour to make the trip a great experience.

The boat trip is too short. Maybe because we did only one way. The rest of the group who took only a boat tour probably enjoyed the ride better. The Palace is magical though. Really worth visiting.
