The card makes it very easy to get into the most popular sites without having to stand in ticket lines.it also works on the local bus at no charge.saves a ton of money.
The Salzburg Card is definately the way to go. I bought the 3 day pass and even though we did not take advantage of everything to see, we still got more than our moneys worth. All bus fair is free, so we were able to take the bus out to Untersberg, where the gondola trip up the mountain was 'free'. The Palace and funicular was free- card has now paid for itself. Everything past this point really was 'free'. I would NOT recommend the modern art museum- I was so thankful that it was included on the card so that I didn't have to pay for it. However, a trip up the elevator to the outdoor grounds at the musuem is worth it for a nice view and a little outdoor activity. If you are up for a beerhaus, the Augostino brauhaus is fun and full of locals. It was a past Monestary so when you walk in you are greeted with religious statues until you get to the basement brewery.

This card is the best ever, recommend that anyone going to Salzburg get one
This card is well worth the money. Just as described, free entry into almost all Salzburg has to offer. We saved money by using this card.
Like all City cards the are worth the money but plan your trip to maximise the card.
This card is highly recommended! Even if you only have a day. I wasn't able to use it for all its worth because I had booked a 4hr bus tour, but if I could plan my day around the attractions included with the price of this card I would be satisfied that I got the best Salzburg experience.
Absolutely buy this card. Free transportation, admittance to museums, castles, and so on.
We had a wonderful time on our Sound of Music Tour! the guide was knowledgeable about the city AND the various scenes from the film! We had to cajole him a bit to sing the songs - how many times has he sung them I wonder? But he obliged us! The tour bikes were in good condition and we really enjoyed seeing the sights, sounds and people of Salzburg in this way. We are mid-60's but the cycling was easy as was the tour guide's patience! I highly recommend it!
Used the card for the Steigl Brewery tour, Fortress, and the Untersberg lift.
All three were good. The lift is a great view but once you have seen it, time to move on.
The Salzburg card is definitely worth getting. So much is covered in this card.

This card is worth every cent. It was the only one we purchased whilst in Europe. It covers a lot for the price. Money well spent.
Salzburg was beautiful and this card was great! It includes free public bus service which was the best way to get around the city quickly
Nice having picked this up at the train station for easy transportation to our hotel. Used it for entry for a few visits and the boat cruise.
My parents and I were in Salzburg for a week and used the card for 3 days. I estimated that we saved 75 euro each. It also helped in the planning process. The card is an absolute must!
Absolutely excellent value. Could visit all the attractions with the card, have complete flexibility and save lots of of money. There was no down side to it at all, the only difficulty we experienced was in locating the tourist office to exchange our voucher for the cards, but once we had the cards they were fantastic. Highly recommend them.
A convenient and indispensable tool for seeing Salzburg, which we thoroughly enjoyed!
Well worth the money. Some of our favorite activity in Salzburg was the Cable Car.
This is a must. It is such a great value for the price, and includes free public transportation. Well worth the price, plus with the card we received a free mug at the Spiegl beer garden!
