Alex was our tour guide for the day. He was very knowledgeable of San Antonio’s history & points of interest and share it in a way that was easy to understand. We made numerous stops at points of interest throughout the day. Many which we would not had seen on our own. I highly recommend Alex & this tour.

All points were extremely interesting and informative. However, the seating was cramped for ten passengers. Need a bigger mode of transportation.

This all day tour with Alex was great. He took us to lots of places and gave a lot of history and commentary. Many things we just drove by as he talked about history and architecture, but we got out to tour 2 of the Missions and learned a lot from him. Also got out to see parts of the Riverwalk and learned its history and about water and flood control. Also stopped for photos at several places. We had a lunch break at a great Mexican restaurant and market. The tour was supposed to stop at La Villita but didn’t because of an event.
We were glad we did this tour on our first day in town. I highly recommend this tour!

Not worth the money

Our tour guide, Domingo, was okay. We stopped at random places or construction areas that were hard to walk around and really weren’t of any interest. We could only eat lunch at the busiest restaurant in the market and had to eat with our bus mates. The busyness and poor service at the restaurant did not leave time to walk around the market. The tour advertised a stop at the Japanese Tea Garden and he wasn’t going to go due to time but I complained as well as another couple and we were able to go but Domingo’s attitude changed to slightly rude.
My suggestions would be to stick to what you advertise. If I wanted a hop on/hop off tour, that is what I would have booked.
Also when you tell the history of San Antonio, please keep your opinions of Americans to yourself.

The full-day historic tour of San Antonio by our Professional Tour Guide Alex is very informative. The information we received was very well detailed and Alex made it easy to understand. We learned the history of San Antonio including numerous missions which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Alex is also an excellent photographer who took numerous professional photos of my wife and I. We highly recommend this tour and we thank you for having such a wonderful guide who made the tour enjoyable.
