Transportation was punctual and active in engaging the participants - entertaining us with tidbits of information on San Diego whilst enroute to our destination far, far away.
The ride to legoland was great.. Only issue is I had called the tour people a few days before to schedule them to pick us up at the hotel. On the day of the tour no one showed up I called the office and they told me that someone had screwed up. We had to rush to the office in order to catch the bus to legoland other than that it was good.
Tour did not opened on date reserved but when I call if was possible to re-book for next day. Driver arrived late to pick me up at the hotel and late to pick us up at Legoland and could not drop us at our hotels, only at the train station this second driver was quite nice, polite, made travel back easier.
The place is really nice!
Wonderful park experience! The pick up time at our hotel was delayed by 35 minutes but at least the company notified us about it. Also the pick up at the park was a bit later than expected. But a nice driver nonetheless.
A nice themepark for a day. We also went to the waterpark and Sealife, that was also great. legoland is a great way to spent a day with your children!
When arriving at Legoland we checked the return time with the driver and got off bus. Apparently others on bus decided to change the time after this but we were not informed. We left the park for a 4pm pickup and waited and waited and waited. A lady let me use her phone and I was then informed that the others had changed the time to 6.30pm and they had supposedly tried to contact us although no call was received. If we had known we would have stayed inside the park longer but not knowing did not get a pass out and was unable to go back inside. We had to wait outside for the few hours for the bus to collect us. We had a specific time to be back at our hotel by and only just made it due to the change in time. I visited the office the next day as I was unhappy and they gave us a free 1 hour harbour cruise to compensate.

We were late leaving to the destination by about 45 minutes. Then they picked me up one and half hours late. There was another party with; they got a call that they would be picking them up late. I did not receive such a call. My 6 yr old grandson and sat outside the park for one and half hours.
Didn't take the tour. It's confusing when purchasing tickets for Legoland and I spent 111 that I didn't get back because I was confused. I wound up spending another 200 for my kids first trip to Legoland. Who wants to tour Legoland and not go in? Especially with children. Would have been nice to have gotten a call or something saying we noticed you weren't on the tour what happened.
