Start your full-day tour with morning pickup from your San Diego hotel, then relax on board a climate-controlled bus with your informative driver-guide.

As you roll around beautiful San Diego and Coronado, stop to discover the highlights of Old Town, Balboa Park, the Gaslamp Quarter, Seaport Village, Seal Rock, Hotel del Coronado, Green Dragon Colony, Heritage Park and the Embarcadero. Learn from your guide about the history of these landmark sites, and get insider tips on places to visit after your tour. After seeing the highlights of San Diefo, your driver heads south across the US-Mexico border, then takes you on a 30-minute narrated tour by bus in downtown Tijuana. Stop at Avenida Revolucion and have two hours on your own to check out the vibrant markets, shops and bazaars. Street vendors sell crafts, pottery, textiles and other souvenirs, and you can also sample a taste of Mexico in the restaurants, where you might hear authentic mariachi music and sip a refreshing margarita (own expense).

Really enjoyed the trip - it may be a great tour to start off your visit to SD and find places you would like to explore in more detail later, or a tour to wrap up your time and see the seals, the sights one more time. Our tour guide was very friendly, very engaging throughout the trip very glad we got to experience SD this way!

The tour was fun, Gil guide made it special. He had a lot to share about the places we visited. I loved the La Jolla leg of the tour - the harbor seals were so cute! Bring your kids for this tour. Crossing the border was a breeze - no hassle at all. In Tijuana we shopped for silver rings and tequilla. Watched the sunset from one of the Mexican bars while being serenaded by local performers. :

The guide (mike I think his name was but I may be wrong) was excellent throughout
The wait back in the US customs line is long with no toilet !!!
Overall an excellent day and well recommended for anyone that wants to see San Diego and be a little adventurous and nip over the border

Mike was fantastic. Very knowledgeable and personable. Tour content was great. Harbor boat tour was a nice addition. Nice to have time for lunch. Tijuana part was not worth the time. Over 2 hour wait at US customs ruined the Tijuana part.
Strongly recommend everything but Tijuana.
