Our family had the best time on this adventure. The service was personal and excellent. The freedom to go where you want, when you want in such a cool car was worth every penny. My only advice is make sure you know how to drive a stick well. The San Francisco hills can be unnerving
This is a fabulous idea if you want to have a great 3 hours. After realizing that although I know how to drive a stick shift, there was no way in hell I could manage this on the hills in San Francisco. I would be going down hills backwards. One of the owners was nice enough to drive us around for three hours. We had a blast. This is a reputable place with wonderful people. A definite must do on your San Francisco trip.
This is some of the best money we have spent in San Francisco! Our car ran outstanding and was SUPER cute! One thing that we really liked is the car is not plastered with advertising and everywhere you go people think its your classic car and are envious of your ride. We went everywhere in our 4 hours, highlight was cruising over the Golden Gate bridge into Sausalito and then all around the Marin Headlands and that was just the start of our 4 hour tour! The customer service was GREAT, very friendly, helpful and everything was ready for us on time. We can't wait to rent again! Recommend the 4 hour tour, you won't want to give the car up!
This is a great way to explore San Francisco and the surrounding area at your own pace. I highly recommend it! The people that run this tour are super nice and very accommodating. The only negative that I would have about this tour is that the GPS sometimes does not get the best reception so make sure to have your Smart Phone with you just in case. Lastly make sure that you are very comfortable driving a car with manual transmission, especially while driving up the steep inclines of the city streets.
