Awesome tour. You get to see the city up close and personal and visit a variety of breweries with loud local character. Alcatraz lives up to the hype. Well worth it!
This tour was awesome! Went to places we wouldn’t have known existed and got in some exercise to burn off our beer. Had such a great time.
The Alcatraz tour was available in different languages, we dont have any inconvinience picking up the tickets. About the bikes was really great, to know local brew factories
Thoroughly enjoyed our brewery and bike tour. I was worried about riding in traffic and the hills but we kept to easy areas near the wharf and it was easy to navigate the traffic with our guide. The breweries were fun and had great beer. We got to see some areas of SF that we otherwise would not have known about. Alcatraz was fascinating - only wish we'd had more time to explore it. Only complaint was that the meeting point for the bike tour was unclear on website and we initially went to the wrong location.
Alcatraz is a must see in San Francisco. Very fascinating, the only slight downside is waiting in line to get on the boat, but that is unavoidable. The audio tour is very interesting and I enjoyed having free time to wander. The bike tour was fun and there were surprisingly few hills! The only downside here is that you have to get to the venue on your own but our tour guide was knowledgeable about the city and it was nice to get off the beaten path and see different areas

We really enjoyed this trip. The bike ride with Alexa sp? was the highlight and we had a lot of fun. Nice to see San Francisco on a bike and to taste the different beers as well. Oh and it was an fairly easy ride too.
What a great way to spend a day in San Francisco. This was a great way to see very different parts of the bay and city without spending too much time commuting. Alcatraz was a fantastic self-guided audio tour and we spent a good 3 hours there with 30 minute ferry rides to and from providing great views of The Rock and The City. The bike tour was so fun! There were 10 of us and Alexi our guide. We were all well outfitted with gear and height-appropriate bikes, very few hills, safe routes that didn't have us fighting traffic we took off at 230pm on a Monday afternoon so were riding at rush hour a bit. Visited 3 great local breweries - 21st Amendment, Local Brewing and Zeitgeist bike messenger bar all in different parts of the city. Highly recommend this if you are a biker or a beer lover!
Very good tour with lots of insights of San Francisco and some really good beers.
It was so much fun!! A great group of bikers and a awesome leader in Danny. We were a little worried about the steep hills, but it ended up not being strenuous at all, we only did 3 slight hills and we learned a lot about the city. The craft brew places we stopped at were a lot of fun, and good beer! I would recommend this to anyone. And we loved going to Alcatraz, we've been to SF multiple times, but had never done Alcatraz before, it was a great experience.
Alcatraz needs no introduction. It does what it says on the tin. The Craft brew bike tour took us into the very heart of San Francisco. Amongst the real people. Americans love their real ales as we call them in the UK higher in alcohol than most uk beers so beware. We were taken on a fascinating, historical, sociological, serious and often very funny journey by our guide whose knowlege seemed unending.
This is so much more than a beer free for all. A light drinking trek for intelligent beer fans, interested in more than just going on holiday to get drunk. One down side...The bike tour meeting place is VERY tricky to find. Ask a local in China Town if you get stuck.
GREAT tour of the city and the guide provided a lot of good information. Would highly recommend!!
Great combination, very friendly tour guide for the cycle ride and different craft beers to enjoy
We had a wonderful trip!! Throughly enjoyed Alcatraz, we were on the first boat out in the morning and still felt like we could have spent more time on the island. Ubered over to where we picked up our bikes, helmets and tour guides for our beer tour and off we went! Both the ladies that took us on our tour were wonderful guides and we found some great beer also!! Fun, fun trip!
Really enjoyable! Alcatraz was great but the hidden gem was the bike ride! Well worth doing! You get to see and experience parts of SF that you would never go to on your own!
Best thing I did in San Francisco!!
The bike and brews part was so much fun, it was an easy ride and you got to see parts of San Fran you probably wouldn't normally. Dylan was a great tour guide, he was a lot of fun and even though it was his first time he did a brilliant job.
Great way to meet new people and see San Fran.
The only thing that wasn't super clear was the Alcatraz part, I wasn't sure if I was meeting the tour there or just going it alone. You do do this part on your own, which was fine, it just needed to be clearer.
This was a great way to see some of the areas of San Fan that you wouldn't normally see. And Alcatraz was excellent.
The Bike ride was so much! I enjoyed going to local breweries and getting away from the tourist sceene
We didn't do the Small Group Craft Brews and Bike Tour. Don't want to give a low rating when we only did half of it. Sorry
Our tour guide Danny (was his name I think - may have been David)was very knowledgeable and looked after our group super well. His easy going and relaxed but professional approach made the apprehension of bike riding disappear.
Expect a slightly sore bum at the end! But totally worth it. Thanks :D
The Alcatraz tour was nice however the times changes when we first reserved the tour. As for the brewery tour I thought it was amazing and Hunter was very relaxed and dealt with any problems that popped up. My bike didn't work after the second brewery and Hunter took care of it in less than 30 minutes.
After leaving booking Alcatraz too late this was one of the only ways to get a ticket. But this ended up working in our favour as the bike tour was really fun seeing parts of San Francisco we hadn't seen before. Ari our quide was really nice and always happy to help with advice on the city and which beers to recommend.
This was an awesome way to see the city 'like a local'. The Alcatraz tour was very interesting, we really enjoyed that it was self-guided. The brew and bike tour was fantastic! This was the highlight of our San Francisco stay.
