Jim was an excellent guide. There were only four of us on this tour and he made the entire day easy and interesting. The food selections were perfect and the history shared along the way kept everyone engaged. I would do this tour again!

Jim was the very knowledgeable guide on our tour. We had a gnocchi roll from The Italian Homemade Company, truffles at XOX Chocolate, pizza at Tony's Pizza Napoletana, cannoli at Cavalli Cafe, tiramisu at Caffe Greco and pasta at Mona Lisa. Homemade from old family recipes! What a treat!
Combining history and food! What fun!

What an amazing tour!!! My local guide was Jim who was nothing short of amazing i will use this word a lot to describe this tour!! and really makes this tour one to remember. With all of the wonderful food options within Little Italy the restaurants selected all have their own little history and are highly regarded restaurants which really makes this tour a bargain. Jim provided wonderful insight into the history on San Francisco and the role Little Italy plays in the city. Jim's enthusiasm for the history of city really enhances the experience as you learn about key events that changed the city over the years while enjoying delectable plates from each restaurant. This quick tour will not disappoint and I highly recommend this to anyone who loves food and great time.

This was a highlight of the trip. We loved all the food and the great history we learned about the neighborhood was fantastic. I highly recommend this tour! We took our two teenagers with us, and it was their favorite part of the trip.

This was the first food tour I have ever been on and was easily one of the the highlights of our stay in San Francisco. The balance between walking, food and history was perfect. Looking forward to going on more food tours with my partner as we travel more throughout the US. Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and pants with an elastic waistband. Special thanks to our guide, Jim, for making the tour a memory in our books.

Do this tour early on in your stay because there will be a couple of spots that youll want to eat at again. The tour was well worth the money.

I was in town for work and had some free time.  Since I have never been to San Francisco I decided to take a walking tour.  I was thrilled when I came across this tour! The food that we sampled along the way was amazing. I was more than full by the end. Our guide was very insightful and enthusiastic about the neighborhood. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting San Francisco!!

With so much to do in SF it is hard to pick and choose where to start. I am so happy that my boyfriend and I went on the North Beach Food Tour. The afternoon was filled with delicious food and abundant history.
My personal favorite was the second stoptruffles!! There were so many flavors to pick from so I ended up purchasing more for later in our stay. If available get the Lavender Truffle! Delectable!! My BFs favorite? Tonys PizzaI think he fell in love. Wish we could order it at home. Great Guide, great food, great history. Id definitely go on this tour again.
