Best way to tour Garden Gate Park, tour guide was extremely informative and fun, loved to tell bad jokes.
Great tour. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They ensured everyone was safe and had a good time. I would recommend this tour.
Tour was excellent. Segway's are easy to ride and sooooooo much fun. My guide, Brock, was great. Extremely knowledgble about Golden Gate Park and let us have some "off road" fun as well. Would highly reccomend this tour.
I thought this tour was fab! We were running late (literally running) to make it on time. One of the tour operators stayed on the phone with us and came to meet us so we wouldn't get lost further. the tour was sooo much fun. our group ranged in age from 12- 70. and everyone enjoyed it and kept pace. no-one was left behind. I would recommend this tour
Excellent tour with a very knowledgable guide. Great way to see the sights of San Francisco without renting a car and trying to navigate around the city.
The tour to Alcatraz was outstanding. Cudos to the creator of the voice recording tour. It was captivating.
Both my daughter and I had an incredible time together on the Segway tour through Golden Gate park with our guide Jeff. He was friendly, funny and made our mother/daughter vacation amazing. We will definitely be back to take another tour with them! Thanks for the memories!
This was so much fun! My wife, son and I took this tour for my wife's b-day. First of all, the tour lasts for a couple of hours so you really get your money's worth. At first, it's hard to listen to the guide because the Segways are so much fun but after about 15 minutes you really have the hang of it and you can also experience the tour as well as play on the Segway. Each unit has a remote ear piece so you can easily hear the tour guide. You get to see a lot of GG Park and even "off-road" a bit. I actually learned a lot of interesting facts about the park that I didn't know and I'm from the area. The Segways are a blast and you get plenty of time to ride, sometimes even at full speed, with no worries. But...it's gets cold in San francisco! Take a coat. I highly recommend this trip and plan on taking the Chinatown Night-time tour this summer.
I'd never been on a Segway before this 2-hour tour through Golden Gate Park and it was spectacular! Ady was a fabulous trainer and guide. As I'm not the bravest person in the world, I was somewhat nervous to try this method of transportation but it was well worth overcoming my fear to experience how easy it was to actually use the vehicle and see various areas of the park I was unfamiliar with. Altogether, the Segway, tour guide, Ady, and the park itself far surpassed my expectations and gave me a real sense of accomplishment! Can't wait to take the advanced tour on my next visit to SF.
fun time great tour guide made it fun would do it again easy to do
Guide was brilliant, funny, very informative, professional.
Great way to see the park, segways are very easy to use.
Wear warm clothing, bring gloves! San Francisco is cold due to fog in the morning.
This was a fun thing to do and was glad we did it. Instructor was a lot of fun. Would have done another segway tour if time had permitted. Would throughly reccomend this tour
This is a must! Don't bother with the what appeared to be a bit hazardous tour at Fisherman's Wharf - do the Golden Gate Tour. The Park is beautiful and the traffic on Sunday when we went was minimal due to the closing off of the main road thru the Park. The training session which is pretty serious as it should be. By the time they were done with us we all had good control of our Segway. So it is a something even the novice can do. Our Leader took us through the Park on a grand tour. I believe we were out and about for at least a couple of hours. The Staff provided gloves and windbreaker jackets since it was windy and cool. We had to take two busses from the Wharf to get there but that was no big deal. Also we had a bit of a challenge finding the Segway area - walking through the Park was a bit confusing trying to find them since we had never been to the Park before but one of the Staff actually talked us in. We will do this again when we return to San Francisco.
AS Grandparents we are involved in many of our grandson's activities, but this was the best and fun single day we have had with our two teenage grandsons (ages 13 and 15) and the feeling was mutual by their expressions and smiles on their faces. The staff was very professional, as they guided us through the learning process and our guide Brooke was excellent. We can't wait to do it again and again.....
