Throughout the day, stop at five different oyster farms for a firsthand look at what goes into creating the perfect oyster. At each stop, tour the facilities and taste fresh, succulent oysters expertly prepared in a variety of ways. First, visit the Tomales Bay Oyster Company. Next up, visit the oyster bar and smokehouse at The Marshall Store for a sampling of smoked and barbecued oysters. Continue on to tour the renowned Hog Island Oyster Company and Nick’s Cove oyster bar and restaurant.
The tour concludes back at the Saltwater Oyster Depot, where you’ll savor baked oysters paired with a refreshing wine.
