It was so nice not to worry about the traffic or which exit to take. Service was prompt and the drivers very professional. I had a problem with the vouchers, I didn't print two, but the company resent me an email so I could. Thank you so much!

Quick and easy way to get from the airport to your hotel, pick up was in 10 minutes and was simple to book. So much cheaper than taxis, will definitely be using airport transfers again
Shuttle was waiting and we were able to leave right away. Driver was professional, courteous and polite. We got to the hotel on time as promised. We scheduled our pick up the day before we left and the driver was right on time. I highly recommend GoLorrie.
So we arrive in San Francisco and have a safe and comfortable journey to hotel Fusion booked through Virgin Holiday .
Booked trip back to airport the van arrived on time even though by the time it reached hotel Fusion we were the last two passengers who could fit in. Never did get the drivers name, but the African American driver with dreadlocks hotel Fusion pick up 1635 on 29/05 should be commended for his honesty and customer service. My husband left his travel on bag which included cash in the van when we were dropped off at the airport and the driver found us and returned the bag untouched. Wonderful service.
EVEN THOUGH WE HAD TO WAIT ABOUT AN HOUR BEFORE OUR SHUTTLE APPEARED - DUE TO LOTS OF TRAFFIC CONGESTION AT THE SF AIRPORT - IT WAS WORTH THE WAIT. WOULD RECOMMEND A RT TRANSFER TO ALL.
On time and very helpful. Came into the Hotel to pick- up luggage. Dropped us off at the right airport location. I would use them again when I travel to San Francisco.

The pick up and ride to our hotel was fine, however when it was time to fly home no one appeared at the scheduled time, causing a to get a bit stressed. We were at the Holiday Inn Express, and the driver waited at the Holiday Inn, immediately next door. We did stress this difference when we phoned about our pick up. Maybe a bit better training for the drivers re location of hotels? Apart from that the company did send another car and we made our flight in time.
Van was completely full and roads were bumpy. Route taken by driver was strange but in general he got us where we needed to be. Very little help and assistance at departure point from airport personnel. The return trip was better and we were picked up at the hotel right on time as promised.
We waited for 30 minutes before the van came. It was difficult to find the pick-up area and the van was packed when it arrived. Very uncomfortable and we thought it would never make it up to Nob Hill to our hotel. Next time, we will try Uber.
Okay, but we need a voucher for our return on Sunday 22nd May as the driver took our only voucher off us when we arrived on Tuesday 17th!!!
The driver complained the entire journey to my hotel. He did not want to take me as i was his only pick up at the airport. It was raining and the roads were busy. The driver kept saying that this journey was costing him money and it wasnt fair. It was the most awkward journey and the driver even showed my on his phone the cost of toals, gas etc. I felt like he was pressuring me to leave a large tip. I always use the Go shuttle for my transfers but i will use a different company in future.
the wording of your document created stress and tension between us and the Go Lorrie Drivers. We paid for round trip for 2 people - pick up at the airport we had to explain to the driver what this was, he referred to it as a Groupon and was very grouchy about taking it. Returning from the hotel to the airport, driver argued with us that the wording was San Francisco Airport Arrival OR Round Trip Transfer.....it should be worded AND when a round trip has been paid for ....according to the Go Lorrie Driver. The vans were not clean, the drivers were not friendly, or even willing to answer questions....but were nice when we offered them a tip at the end of the ride. We used Viator for 3 bookings...the other two bookings were great ....but the transfers were the worst part of our vacation. Arriving and leaving. My suggestion, you find another company to deal with.
