What You Can Expect

San Francisco Bay Sunset Catamaran Cruise

San Francisco Bay Sunset Cruise

Enjoy a San Francisco catamaran tour during the peaceful evening hours on this sunset cruise, when the City by the Bay will dazzle you with its famous views and sights.

Board your 55- or 65-foot (17- or 20-meter) Adventure Cat on the Embarcadero, and take off across the water. Look for sea lions and other marine life as you head out into the bay, and settle yourself either inside the protected area with 360-degree views or on the canvas trampoline where you can truly experience the wind and salty air of the Pacific (bring layers!).

Snack on a few hors d’oeuvres and enjoy two provided drinks from the onboard bar as your captain takes you past the historical island prison of Alcatraz and on to the Golden Gate Bridge. Look up at the towering bridge as you sail underneath it, and admire the waterfront hamlet of Sausalito, just on the north side.

Your cruise ends when you return to the marina, from where you can continue your night out in San Francisco on your own.

The crew was reaaaaally nice, funny, even helpful with the pictures and we were not too many people on the boat. They even offered coats for everyone. Wine is good and the food perfect ! I recommend this tour, you may see the same amazing sunset we had the chance to see ! Enjoy !

I wasn't really expecting to enjoy this cruise nearly as much as I did and I would definitely take it again if we come back to San Francisco.

Be sure to dress warm as the wind can get pretty cold when you're cruising along on the boat. There are jackets available, but you will be wearing a coat that isn't yours and that may not fit as well.

Very nice tour. Sailing means no engine noise and no diesel fumes. Well worth the $55 cost per person.

Very nice tour and well worth the $55. Very nice and quiet besides wind. Sailing is nice because they and #39;re not under power so no engine noise and no diesel fumes.

This was worth every penny. Lovely views, great staff, kind, accommodating. I needed to charge my phone and they hooked it up for me. We saw everything we wanted to see, from Sausalito to the bring and Alcatraz. It was overcast and very chili, but we were prepared. It is my son's birthday weekend and the captain let him steer, so that was really cool too.
