After getting the ticket booklet it was perfect. I tried to redeem my voucher at San Francisco Bay Cruises office (Pier 39, Suite HM6). I could not find this office and a call went directly to an announcement.
A short walk to the Aquarium on the Bay was much better and worth the visit!
We went to all of the special events: Blue and Gold Boat tour, Pier 39 Aquarium, California Academy of Sciences and the deYoung Art Museum.
We used the Muni buses a lot and also did a cable car ride.
Worth the price.
We took in the Exploratorium, CA Science Academy, Aquarium at the Bay and the Bay cruise. The bus pass was easily accessible. Our 9 yr old grandson was with us and really enjoyed the above sites. We could have spent more time at the Exploratorium. We still had about 1/3 of the building to explore yet but were just too tired to finish. We had 4 jam packed full days in SF.
the city pass is excellent value we used the public transport many times every day as well as the activities you could use it for
WOW. This pass made getting around so easy. We rode busses when we tired of walking and even got on a Cable Car. The lines for the Cable Cars could be daunting but we got on. The California Academy of Sciences was a hi light and was very enjoyable. The best was the Planetarium was great.
This is a must have for traveling around the city. It gets you to all the sights.
Great deal to see a lot around the city for one price. It's great all your transportation included which is bonus
The best buy in town! We did things we wouldn't have done because it came with the trip and we loved it.
An excellent buy. So handy to be able to take public transportation MUNI and streetcars for 7 days without having to figure out fares, etc. It rained most of the time we were in SF but we spent the rainiest days touring the Exploratorium the Thursday night Adult tour, the California Academy of Sciences give yourself an entire day and the Aquarium of the Bay. When the sun finally did peek through, we took advantage of the Blue and Gold Fleet Bay cruise. We never got to ride the iconic cable cars as line ups were way too long. Next time .....
This was great! We could hop on and off the cable cars. We used the bus and saw several of the attractions. We were so glad to have the City Pass and didnt worry about individual charges.
Well worth the money for access to the Cable cars and Muni transport system alone both of which are excellent for getting around the City with no car which is by far the best approach in my opinion

I did the City Pass to enjoy my trip to San Francisco to its best. I unfortunately came down with a nasty cold and it slowed me down a bit. My full day was nice and sunny that made it A out and about and the Pass is truly a budget helper and convenience. Golden Gate Park is not to be missed and the trolleys several time a treat.
Very convenient to use for the public transportation. Lots of extras included int he pack, just be sure you have enough days to do them all.
I went with 2 friends who also had city pass. We used every coupon and every form of transportation it offered. I would highly recommend it as we saved money, saw wonderful sites and experiences.
Fantastic. Able to travel all over San Francisco, out to the zoo, park, Art Galleries, cable cars, discount at Macy's. Worth the money, even for just the time saved and convenience. The public transport in San Francisco is super.
