Josh, the driver/guide was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and he added appropriate music regarding San Francisco to the tour. I highly recommend him. If he is your driver/guide, you will learn so much about San Francisco history and things to see in the city. Great job, Josh!

On Sunday June 03, 2018 my wife , my daughter and me were taking a San Francisco Deluxe Half-Day City Tour. I was expecting to have a professional guide on bus tour . Instead we have one person filing up two positions. The driver-guide was very busy driving in such busy city and at the same time telling us a lot of his childhood stories and his political opinions. There for the tour was completely waist of money.

Great way to see SF. Tour guide was great.

It was a very nice tour. I did this tour 2 yrs ago and going over the Golden Gate Bridge and viewing it on the Marin County side made it a whole new experience rather than viewing the bridge from below. The coach bus was very nice, clean and comfortable.

This is not a tour, just a drive around the city. You get exactly 15 minutes at the Golden Gate to take pictures through the crowd, see Alcatraz and go to the restroom if needed full 900 seconds, no more. The bus then stops 0.5 miles away from crooked Lombard street and tells you to look up but announces there's no time to go up or take pictures. The Castro District is mentioned as a place with Good restaurants with zero mention of its civil rights history whatsoever. If you are tight on time you are better off taking Ubers to the locations for more flexibility, or taking the Brown Hop-on Hop-off bus for more explanations both options will be cheaper and better. If you do have time, book a different tour. I mentioned my concerns to the driver early on the drive, but she said that's what GrayLine tells them to do and that she just didn't have more information. The GrayLine office was not interested in constructive feedback, replying just send an email, don't tell us here. The worst part wasn't even paying the tickets but losing the chance to see the attractions properly.

We did this tour on a beautiful sunny day in April. Our driver and guide was Rich from Grey Line and he was excellent. Besides being a masterful driver in the busy and crowded downtown streets of San Francisco he shared anecdotes and information on many aspects of the city. Not just the highlights but the neighbourhoods and hidden gems that visitors might not know about. I highly recommend this tour and Rich in particular.

Josh was an amazing tour guide. Prior to the tour, I wasn't too high on San Francisco. By the end of the tour, I loved the city. His love and enthusiasm for the city and his job certainly added to the tour.
