There is a possibility of cancellation with refund after receiving instant confirmation if only one person is reserved. You will be offered the option of paying $25.00 for the third person in order to meet the minimum (which would turn service into a private one).
At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.

For a full refund, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the experience’s start time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.

Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

You booked a Shared Transfer that clearly states on the description and in YOUR voucher: "Minimum of 2 persons required for shuttle to service to operate. • There is a possibility of cancellation with refund after receiving instant confirmation if only one person is reserved. You will be offered the alternative of paying $25.00 for the second person in order to meet the minimum (which would turn service into a private one)". We wait until 12-18 hours prior to see if anyone else signs up before proceeding to cancel. This was just the standard procedure, you should have known prior to booking if the entire description was read.

Buyer Beware- driver cancelled after charging my carf

The day before we were scheduled to arrive in San Juan our credit card was charged and then I received a call that the car company doesn’t go to our destination and I was required to try and get the refund myself. Stroll trying to get my refund bc there is no customer service number for viator- just direct numbers to the company who cancelled on us on such short notice.

Dear Christine, Like any online purchase, payment is collected at the moment of confirming. You booked thru Viator, a third party vendor, we are just the local provider. We do not receive the customer's credit card or personal information, nor the payment until services are provided. The listing clearly indicates: "Only available for transfers in the San Juan Metro Area (Old San Juan, Condado, Miramar, Isla Verde)". You were staying at El Conquistador in Fajardo, more than an hour away from San Juan. You were explained this and offered to pay the additional fee for that town, but you opted to cancel. We apologize for the late notice, but we cannot be held responsible for someone failing to read the description prior to booking.

Our driver Christian texted me when we landed to let me know he was at the airport and would meet us just outside after we had gotten our luggage. Great experience! My driver was there before I landed and was very friendly. Was picked up in a brand new Escalade worthy of a celebrity or dignitary. The only "negative" was I was solo and since there wasn't another customer when I arrived I was charged an extra $25. They explained this to me the day before and offered to let me cancel if I chose to. It was in the "fine print".
