Our tour guide, Javier, was great. We met up with him and he asked us what we wanted to see to tailor the tour. We wanted to see the historical sites and learn about old San Juan and that's what he did. He even acted as a guide for the Castillo San Felipe del Morro, which wasn't listed on here as part of the tour. The Castillo is a national park, so if you have a America the Beautiful interagency pass, you can get in for free. Javier was knowledgeable and took us to a few places that was off the beaten path in addition to the standard tourist stops. The tour itself was well worth our money.

Also, this tour operator went above and beyond. We had a mixup in our schedule and we were not able to make the 9am tour time. We couldn't make it until 2pm and 9am is the only time listed on the schedule but Javier decided to make an exception instead of having us losing our money since it was nonrefundable at less than 3 days notice.
