Eric was our knowledgeable guide. He had great food recommendations and told stories about life in San Miguel both present and past. The walk was easy, but if you are handicapped or a very slow walker I might recommend a different activity. Be sure to note any food allergies in advance. The restaurants were very accommodating at short notice, but it would be easier on the group for you to let them know in advance. All of the food was excellent and we went back to most of the restaurants during the rest of our stay.

I loved my taste of SMA food tour. The guide was fantastic. He was informed, interesting and took us on a journey to many spots to savor the foods of this city. Wide range of offerings, unique indoor and outsdoor experience. I encourage you to take 4 hours to enjoy the experience. Will give you the chance to go back and stay at one of the spots for a full meal. Fabulous- thanks for the chance to do this and have a interesting walk through SMA!

I was in San Miguel for my son's wedding. We organized a part of 12 to take this food tour. Our guide was Vail and we cannot say enough good things about her. She is completely educated on the history of San Miguel and speaks of this city with great enthusiasm and excitement. We anticipated getting good food but got that and much more. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting San Miguel.
