A hop on hop off with a schedule - the times are posted at the bus stops - and they are on time! San Sebastian is a bit too big to walk so this is perfect. Highly recommend

This was a nice tour and I found it to be pretty useful. Although San Sebastián is not a huge city, a lot of the locations that are worth seeing are far away from the center. I sat on the bus for a panoramic view and learned about the city's history. Overall, it was worth the cheap asking price.

Got to see San Sebastian without wearing out our feet. We were staying on top of Mount Igueldo so the bus was a great way to get to and from the the funicular.

It's a very good idea to do this on your first day in town, to learn the lay of the land and see the major attractions. They give you headphones for the audio guide in choice of five languages and the narration is good. The bus leaves from in front of the Maria Cristina hotel on the hour. If you go to Bilbao and want the tour bus there, find out at the bus station at what time it stops at Sagrado Corazón I got tired of waiting for it there and walked.

Very informative tour and good value for money. It was raining all the time, which dampened the experience.

The trip was worth it and the English translation was well done.
An issue we had was the WEB site doesn't tell you in advance that they do not accept E-Invoice and you need a paper invoice, which is required . The company, which Viator WEB site refers you where to go for a printed copy, does not have an office at the address you are referred to. Thanks to the local tourist Office rep and the bus driver, who used common sense, allowed us to receive the pass after wasting over an hour.

The last two tours of the day were cancelled without warning so just as well we caught the one we did. Apart from that, everything was good and the bus stop was really easy to find.

Typical of the brand. Useful for orientation, etc. Ramp for wheelchair access on our bus did not work, discouraging any hopping!

The tour started off OK, but more and more people boarded the bus at different stops and hardly anyone got off. There were people standing as they did not have a seat and it ended up running late. It was very hot and we decided to leave the tour before the final stop.

The route was not much to see. It was challenging finding a stop to catch the bus. Booth was closed signs not clear.

I love doing these tours when I first get to a place just to get my bearings and to get a general idea of where things are and what I need to go back and see. Although a short tour compared to others I have done, it was good to be taken over the river into Gros and see one of the less touristy areas. A pity they don't have the earphones with different languages so you don't have to listen to 3 languages.

San Sebastian is a wonderful place. Friendly people and beautiful. It us only small and the tour is good but nothing like the Paris or Barcelona tours. Still interesting though

Don't bother with this tour. There really isn't much to see in San Sebastian. Just focus on the food. The audio itself wasn't even in sync with the sights.
