Nice tour and would definitely recommend. The wine tasting host, Carlos (lol), was well informed and charismatic.

This was a fabulous tour! Our guide, Valentina was warm and friendly and gave us lots of useful information about Santiago and wine making in Chile. She took us on the bicycle ride through the vineyard which was enchanting. To get so close to the wine making process, to walk past stacks of barrels in the warm, moist air of the store was amazing. She stopped in shady places to explain the different parts of the vineyard as we rode through. Her English was excellent. Back at the centre, Victor's wine tasting taught me more about wine than many a presentation. Thank you! The drawback to the tour? I needed more time in the museum. To see the collection of gold artefacts alone is worth the trip and there are some wonderful textiles. But I've discovered I can buy wine from the Santa Rita winery from Majestic Wines, UK. Result!

This was an amazing tour and a great way to spend valentines day. We had so much fun. The paths were clear and the biking was not overwhelming. The tour was really cool, we got to go through the vineyards and find out about the growing process, the bottling process and the aging process. We also got to sample some amazing wine, it was a great tour and I'm glad we did it!

We signed up for the bike tour in anticipation that we would be able to experience more than the standard tour. Traveling to the winery we asked our guide Daniel if we could taste more premium wines He said yes, plus we would be able to see the museum and if we wanted to stop at the cafe. He LIED.

Picked up 15 min early from hotel and dropped off at tour bus depot which was extremely confusing. Once on our correct coach the rest of the day was great. Tour guides were terrific. Beautiful scenery and an easy bike ride. Bikes could use some attention though.

This tour was not very well organised - we had arranged to be picked up from our accommodation but on the morning of the tour, nobody showed up to collect us. We waited for over half an hour then rang the company, only to be told that somebody had come to collect us but we hadn't been there and there were photos to prove it, which was a very strange statement!. We had been there since before the agreed pick up time so this wasn't true. There was no apology, after a long discussion on the phone they said that they would send somebody else to collect us.
When we finally arrived at the vineyard, the coach picking up everybody else was late so we had half an hour to wait.

Moving onto the tour itself, we were told to just pick a bike and the tour guide sped off into the distance! It was difficult to keep up at times. Unfortunately one of our group fell off her bike, but the tour guide was so far ahead she hadn't noticed.
We received some information as we travelled around the vineyards in English and Spanish, was which quite interesting, and had a little bit of wine to taste on the way round.

When we got back to the centre at the end of the tour, half the group were still cycling and the other half were sat down inside wine tasting! Everything seemed very rushed. We had 15 minutes or so to taste three wines which were all very nice. Its just a shame that we didn't have longer to enjoy the experience.

Overall, I would recommend a trip to this vineyard as the views were spectacular and the wines were really nice. But I wouldn't recommend going through this company, its probably best to book with another or go there independently.

This was my first ever wine tour and I absolutely loved it! The winery was about an hour long bus ride away from Santiago. On the bus ride there, our tour guide gave us history and information about Santiago and Chile. He spoke both Spanish and English and was very easy to understand and converse with. The bike tour itself was a lot of fun! The bikes were comfortable and the pace of the tour was very good. The terrain was dirt and gravel roads. The vineyard itself was absolutely beautiful. We rode our bikes to different parts of the vineyard to learn about the grapes and taste them. We also saw some llamas and alpacas on the property, and got to see where the wine is fermented and stored. We had one wine tasting while riding our bikes at a pavilion and then 3 more wine tastings back at the main Santa Rita building. We also learned some history about the Santa Rita property during the Chilean fight for independence story of the Santa Rita 120. After the wine tastings, we had time in the gift shop and then rode the bus back to Santiago. Overall it was a very enjoyable tour and the highlight of my weekend in Santiago.
