A lot of fun and educational. Well done every step of the way.
Great experience! Well organized. We were picked up at our hotel on time. Biking was great and tour guide was outstanding with a surprise in the middle of the tour! We saw two wineries, learned quite a bit, scenery was nice and final tasting was in a beautiful setting. For the price and ease, I would highly recommend this tour!
Great day! Beautiful vineyard, fun guides and great wine. What's not to like? I also have to commend our guide Daniel who went beyond the call of duty to track my daughter and I down in a busy market because my daughter had left her phone and wallet on the tour bus. Thanks so much Daniel!
It was a great trip. The guide was very knowledgeable. Enjoyed it thoroughly.

Well organized and delivered what was promised. Excellent value and lots of fun
Caroline was an excellent tour guide and very knowledgeable. I had a very good trip and tour of Santa Rita. Thank you.
It was fantastic. Our tour guides were wonderful. I highly recommend the bike ride because you get to see the beautiful scenery and vineyards
Excellent tour through a spacious vineyard full of history and beautiful landscapes. Highly recommend to anyone that wants a unique experience. Guides picked me up and dropped me off at my hotel and kept within the time commitment so that I could make another tour later that day. While I went during the autumn season, it was not the best time to see the vines themselves although we did manage to taste most of the different varieties but offered breath-taking views as far as you could see.
We had a great time. The guide was very good (in English and Spanish for us) and a winery person explained the tasting. The cycling was all flat, on reasonable roads, around 4km.
The hotel pickup was on time, and everyone went on a coach. We then split into cyclists and non-cyclists, so you don't want a trip solely about tasting, the cycling breaks it up, and lets you get close to the grapes.
Had two guids and I thought the point of that was so that one could do the English commentary, whilst the other the Spanish but it turned out only one guide did all of the commentary so am not sure as to why we had a second guide?? But that aside thorougly enjoyed the bike ride through the vineyards and the subsequent wine tasting. Great trip which I would definitely recommend.
We really enjoyed our experience on this tour. We were picked up at our apartment block and taken to the pick up point which was very easy and convenient. Out tour guide Eduardo was knowledgeable and friendly and his English was fantastic. Lovely bike ride and very interesting. Wine tasting at the end was also brilliant. The only criticism I have is that it would have been nice to have had a small tour around the Santa Rita buildings at the end. All in all a brilliant, well organised day. Thank you.
The vineyard and winery tour was interesting and informative. Our guide, Daniel, was knowledgeable and friendly. The scenery in the vineyards was spectacular as were the gardens around the winery. The sommelier running our tasting was knowledgeable and a lot of fun. My only regret was not havign time to eat lunch in the restaurant.
I thoroughly enjoyed my winery bike tour. The ground covered is mainly flat and the bike was comfortable. The tour of the Carmen winery was very interesting and the winery grounds are very pretty. Enjoyed the wine tasting and bought some red wine to take with me.
Great guides, lovelly weather and an awesome oportunity to get to know the winery in a not usual way. Recommend it!
easy ride, much more enjoyable than just walking, nice wine selections for tastings.
This was a fabulous tour - the weather was perfect. The bikes were in good order and we were all given helmets to use. It should have been an hour longer as those of us on the bike tour did not get to tour the wine making areas of the winery. Enjoyable, but could be even better.
Better do the walking tour in Santa Rita, which is great, the tour guy in the bike tour couldn't care less about if the bike fits you or you feel safe he did not give us helmets or anything!!
Great tour but cloudy day so less enjoyable when can't see the mountains
This tour definitely had the potential to be MUCH better. We were delayed getting to the winery because the second group of people had a late pick-up from their hotel we waited for a little over an hour. Once we hit the road, our tour guide made it a point to tell us that due to the delay we wouldn't have much time at the winery she quoted 10 mins to grab a bite at the restaurant/cafeteria and 5mins in the gift shop. I was a little annoyed then, but figured it would work itself out. I was also expecting to be compensated for our lost of time by at least having a relaxing/leisurely ride through a nice vineyard. Boy was I wrong! Once at the winery, our guide quickly grabbed 4 bikes told us to check them out and then she took off in front of us. We had no time to adjust our bikes appropriately and did not receive help from our tour guide. She told us we should not stop to take pictures and that she would not be talking while we rode our bikes because it was distracting. She was consistently far ahead of us and didn't even notice when I almost fell off my bike to avoid falling in a ditch. We had no idea when our first stop would be and because she was so far ahead of us our first mile was very uncomfortable. This was not a leisurely ride through a vineyard I was pedaling as if I were in a Soul Cycle class, but I suspect it had a lot to do with our tour guide. I would highly recommend booking a wine and bike tour directly through the Santa Rita Winery available in Maipo and avoid third party.
Viator refused to tell us where to meet the tour provider, providing only the name and address of a mall that covered a couple of large city blocks. We had to search the internet to find it on our own. We then traveled over and hour on the metro during morning rush hour plus 1.25 mile on foot to get there. We later learned that they had actually picked up another customer from our hotel.
Viator also told us that departure time was 8:15. It was not. So, we got to hang out in the parking lot of a closed mall until after 9am.
