Un-crowded. We were shown all parts of the process - especially interesting as was grape harvest time. Good wine tasting and lots of information.

Bien bueno y complketo, aprendimos mucho y los vinos deliciosos.
Wonderful, in-depth tour of a beautiful vineyard and winery. My husband and I went on our honeymoon and it was a day to remember! Delicious wines, and picturesque countryside to enjoy them in.
A wonderful tour with an excellent guide and truly beautiful location.
The departure from Santiago was easy, thanks to a great transport staff. Javier at the winery was a great tour guide. There weren't many english speakers that day, so it was s small group that increased the quality of the experience. His english as perfect as he shared great information about the gardens of the winery, the grapes, and the wines. The history and information about the indigenous people was a great surprise. It was very interesting to learn about them and see their artifacts. The wines I tasted were all delicious. My complimentary wine glass actually survived my travels back to the USA!
Very pleasant tour, possibly drags on too long, I would suggest a more professional tasting that is not so rushed and we should be given an opportunity to taste more wines even if this was at an additional cost.
The actual tour of the winery was wonderful!! The gardens were beautiful and my English speaking guide was fabulous...she answered all my questions and was very helpful and friendly. The wines that I tasted were very good...a great selection of what they produced there.
The driver was supposed to pick me up at where I was staying, but when I called to reconfirm earlier the day of the tour, I was told that I had to go another location, which it turns out was a 15.00 taxi ride away. And, I a major struggle to get there on time...only to be told that the time was really almost an hour away!
This is the third tour that I have booked with this company, and none of them were satisfactory.
So never again!
Good tour of the winery and nice tasting. Don't expect to see to much on the drive there.
It is eventually rearranged to other winery Santa Rita but it is totally fine
It was a interesting trip to the great Undurraga Winery. I think the guide at Undurraga did a good job in explaining the wine production process and for me who is not fluent in Spanish our Viator guide did me the great favour of translating into English.
After talking with some people who did other half day wine tours, I'm glad I picked this wine estate. It was a very interesting tour, very professionally done from the view point of a family that is passionate about wine growing not just having tourists there. It was great to actually taste different types of grapes which they had growing in an orchard. The grounds were beautiful and the wine tastings excellent.
David, our guide was great and knew his stuff! He took time to explain the whole process and was able to answer all of our questions. It would have been a 5 star had we been able to walk the vines. A very enjoyable half day.
this tour was ok nice winery but all for show and the waiting point for pick up and drop off was aweful
The pro's: A convenient and easy trip close to the city. The vineyard is beautiful best time would be Chilean summer, though, and the tour of the facilities is interesting and well-presented. It actually is one of the better tours I've been on, and I've done quite a few in California. The con's: as can be expected with tours like this - picking up numerous passengers - timing can be difficult. From walking around town, it looks like Turistik is perhaps the predominant tour agency in town, and they thus have a lot of folks to manage. We were told pick-up from hotel would be between 1:45-2:15, and when I asked for a more specific time, I wasn't given one which is okay - except they showed up at 1pm, when we weren't at hotel, and then returned for pick-up at 1:30. After all pick-ups, we didn't get officially on road until 2:30, which is okay, except it felt there was some backtracking. Leaving the winery at 5pm, there was some more backtracking - passing by our general hotel area - to get to the main tour depot station on other side of town, where we swapped to a different bus to help aggregate numerous other tour passengers going in same area. Highly inconvenient, and resulted in a return of about 7pm rather than expected 6pm.
This was a great tour. Wish we had more time wine tasting as opposed to spending so much time in the winery itself.
Winery tour was fine...the local transport left a lot to be desired. They were 1/2 hour late picking me up at my hotel in a huge coach. Another stop or two at other hotels before transferring to a mall to change buses for various other tours. If you like the big bus tours, this is for you. Otherwise, find your way to Undurraga Winery independently.
The winery tour itself was good. However, the guided tour to the winery was pretty minimal and not very informative. On the way back, the tour guide provided no information.
