I am sorry you had to experience this. It was the first time in 4 years that our guide and driver thought the tour started at 1 not 11. I had changed the time and they did not catch it. Our fault for sure and again, it never happens.
I wish you would not have written this review until you took the tour. You told the front desk agent that it was all ok but apparently, it was not. We are a tiny tour company running hundreds of tours a year all on time and all as scheduled. It is hard for me to read this review when it does not reflect the quality of our tours or the way we do business. I am not sure what compensation you expected or what we could offer other than moving you to another date that you chose. Again I am sorry that you were inconvenienced.
