Overcrowded and Overrated

, Jul 2020
We were very disappointed that they practiced NO social distancing even though the website said that they limited the number of guests to 15 for coronavirus purposes. When it began to rain, getting on a trolley was chaos! A line was formed for the next trolley by someone working for the trolley, but the line was useless because there was no enforcement for those at the front of the line to get on next. We waited for 3 trolleys in the rain before we were able to board one. We would NOT use this company again!

The trolley tour was great! Michael was a fantastic tour guide and hearing the stories told by an “Englishman” as he described himself just added a touch of class!😂 This was a bucket list goal and I enjoyed every minute! Thank you!

Touring on a very hot day

The drivers (we had 3 different ones) were pleasant, informative, and tried to assist other travelers waiting for a trolley. It would have been a 5 if there was at least some mounted oscillating fans moving air in the trolley. When you come to a stop there is not any air movement, and when it’s in the 90’s, it is unpleasant.

Peri was very good we stayed on for the whole tour just to listen to her, she made it fun and interesting. We take this tour usually everywhere we travel, it’s a great way to see everything first, then decide what’s most important to you to explore some more.
