One of the best walking tours we have done. The story of the subterranean buildings is fascinating by itself but we were really lucky to have Jim as our guide. Bought a passion and knowledge tot he tour which made it great fun and very educational. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

This tour was very well done. This company keeps the number of people in the group at a very manageable size so you can communicate with your tour guide. The tour guide was very informative and knowledgeable.

Truly an amazing tour - it begins underground at the same place as the ghost tours do. Chuck is an awesome guide - hilarious, witty and informative. You get to check out 3 places that you can see where the original sidewalk existed - truly fascinating. You are shown photos of what old Seattle looked like - and more often than not you are standing right in the middle of the photo!
