Also, they need to extend the hours, they only give you 6 hours and in reality you can not get off too many places and get back to your original location in that amount of time.
I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city for the first time.

Great way to see the city!

Buses are clean and well maintained. Driver was courteous and helpful. Buses were hard to get in and out of however if you are like me and don't have the best leg strength. They stop at all the right places. I would kind of wish that the buses ran a little more frequently (right now at ever 30 minutes) but understand why they don't.
Waste of time and money

Despite being told the bus would be around every 20-30 minutes we waited an hour and 20 minutes for the bus. The attendant at the spot continually said it’s almost here. Had he been truthful we could have explored more rather than waiting in line. Additionally the long wait made us not want to get off at any of the other stops. We ultimately ended up getting off the bus and walking on our own. A complete waste of money.

Although our tickets were good for 48 hours, your service was only available 20 hours. You seriously need to extend your hours of operation by starting by at least 9:00AM and ending beyond 6:00PM.

Overpriced and lacking content

We sat up stairs no speaker or ear phones, so unable to hear commentary, had to sit downstairs just to hear which isn’t good for photos. More information could have been in the commentary about the history of Seattle. The lady bus driver did well on the hills which were very steep and was very pleasant as passengers got off and on. I thought it was expensive for what it was.

Waste of money if you hope to hop on and hop off on several places.

We were lucky to opt for a 2day pass because the 1st day was absolutely waste of time. The bus timing was absolutely off and after waiting 1hr or so, we decided to take a walk after a single travel to start the tour. The rest of the day will be spent wait g for bus. 2nd day we were wiser and decided to take the entire run in go and hop off on the 2nd run on place we want to visit. After that, uber was our friend.

This is a great way to get am overview of Seattle. However, the day we hopped off at the Observatory and then got on later, the two stops we wanted to get off again, the driver did not stop. He did not say we needed to tell him we wanted to get off and there is no way if you are on top of the bus to let the driver know! We were really disappointed we did not get to the Starbucks Reserve or the shopping atea! We had no more time that day, either! I feel we paid for something that did not deliver!

Not enough time to really hop off to see sights.

Wasn't worth the price. Only was only able to hop off at Chinatown before we had to get back on being it was the last hop on hop off coming. We started at 1130 but bus didn't come until 12. After getting on that bus hopping off at Chinatown and hopping back on 45 mins later just to find the bus driver bus was going out off commission went to the orginal sight had to wait until 230 to catch next hop on hop off. Got off at another stop and when we got on that bus it was also going in. Si wanted time and money

We booked on-line stated we could “hop on or hop off” at any of the locations listed. We waited at both the Paramount Theater/Hotel locations for 1hr 40min. After waiting for about 35min A bus flew by us not even slowing down. I called and talked to someone who said she was contacting a driver. The “customer service rep” said her calls were going straight to voicemail so she would send an email. This all while we were standing right in front of one of the signs that designated as a pickup locations. Over 24hrs and still no call from the company. Therefore, we requested a refund because we couldn’t even get on! Extremely disappointed with this service!!!

Skipped two relevant stops to my itinerary because of construction and didn’t disclose this prior to purchase. Complete waste of money. Bus was so late to the stop coming back, I ordered an UBER. Not happy. Not recommending. I’ve been very happy with Viator over the years but the non-disclosure was a huge disappointment. They should refund my money.

The worse bus 😡

We have to wait for the bus for about 35 min, when it arrive the guy said that the last stop were the next stop, so we have to wait more time You never offer a map so we were confused about the place that we want most the visit We took the bus for about 10 min in whole day and we pay $92 😡

It was disappointing that out of 20 scheduled stops only 12 were visited due to construction and road closures. We purchased a two day pass but have no intention of using the service on day two and will pursue a refund. The driver was good and the challenges were not her fault.

Very poor experience! After a full circle on the hop on hop off we hopped off at Edgewater and even after waiting for an hour there was no trace of the bus.

The tour and guide were fine. No problem. But marking where to get back into the bus was absolutely horrible. The map must be more detailed for those of us who do not know Seattle as the company does. We wound up taking an Uber back to our hotel.

It was very nice seeing the city above the streetscape. We avoided lights, traffic, and tourist. In addition, drop offs were at convenient locations. We would recommend.

Applied for a refund- 4 of the main tourists stops were missed out without explanation. The brochure indicated 20/30 minute intervals between the buses at each stop. We waited for over an hour at Stop 11 and no bus turned up. We had to walk back to our hotel Very poor service compared to the many hop on hop off buses we have used in many other cities across the world where we have always been very satisfied

The convenience of being able to hop off and on at your leisure and having a audio guide at your finger tips. We were able to see and learn about many of the points of interest and spend as little or as much time we needed to enjoy the sites.

Did not dare a hop off due to troubles hopping on. Never experienced this degree of difficulty with a tour bus and we have been on many in very high traffic patterns like NYC and Washington DC
