It's a great tour - limited time and you can't take your phone or camera, but that's a Boeing restriction, well worth it !!
This is a great experience for anyone that takes commercial flights on a regular basis. Very informative,
This was perfect! I had always wanted to see where planes were made and this tour did not dissapoint.
An excellent tour with access to a good many areas and a great guide
The tour was well organized from pickup to drop-off. Our tour guide Neil was outstanding. I enjoyed his company so much I booked a brewery tour for the next day with him. My only regret is that I didn't book the Boeing tour for a week day vice the weekend. The production lines were pretty much shut down, so not much action to see.
Excellent! Amazing tour of Boeing and a great guide, Dave He was very entertaining and enthusiastic. He also had some great tips and suggestions.
Dave the tour guide was extremely helpful and entertaining, certainly an asset to the tour company. The tour itself was a bit short though informative.
Bus picked us up at our hotel, our driver was Lucky. We were one of the first pick-ups, so we got a quick tour around Seattle while we picking up the other travelers, and Lucky pointed out different items of interest...we've been to Seattle many times, and saw things we hadn't seen before, so that was enjoyable. The trip to Boeing Field didn't take long and he gave us a history of Seattle, talking about the different industries that had shaped the area. When we got to BF, we had time to explore the Future of Flight exhibits on our own before we joined the larger Boeing tour, which had a different guide. We saw a short film, then headed by bus over to the different hangars, where we saw the different aspects of the airplane production lines. The building is huge...in fact, designated as the largest building in the world...so there is some walking involved...but it wasn't taxing. Lots to see and there was a lot of new information available. After that ended, we got back on Lucky's van for the trip back into Seattle...and he dropped us at our point of choice. Also loved the fact that this only lasted 4 1/2 hours or so...it wasn't an all-day trip, so we had time to do other things after it ended. Thoroughly enjoyed it!
This tour was AMAZING!! The tour guide at Boeing was incredibly knowledgeable We got to see lots of planes at different stages of construction!! Definitely a highlight of our trip!!!
Amazing tour. We were picked up at our hotel for the trip to Boeing. Our driver Dave was great and made the trip fun with his commentary and helpful knowledge. Can't wait to visit Seattle again and take another tour of the Boeing factory.
Dave was the best
Very informative and he offered good recommendations on other things to do in Seattle
This tour was enjoyable and the chance to see the plant in operation is really worthwhile
Prompt pickup from Dave Elvis - the drive to and from the factory takes about half an hour and Dave's knowledge of the city is simply unsurpassed. Amazing recommendations, well-versed story teller almost as soothing as Morgan Freeman! and I felt I came away from the tour knowing not only lots about Boeing but a plethora of information about Seattle. Eric was my tour guide at the factory - who was incredibly passionate and happily answered all questions. You get about an hour beforehand to have a look at the future of flight exhibit, or head up to the roof to take some photos of the airport, as well as a huge gift shop and cafe. The tour itself is really cool - starts with a 15 minute video, then on to the bus for two stops, at each end of the factory floor. Runs very smoothly. You have about 15 mins upon getting back to grab something from the gift shop. Be aware - even though they say there are heaps of free lockers to utilise before the tour, they run out very quickly on a busy day! So get in early and lock away your valuables can only take a wallet on the tour - nothing electronic
A fantastic experience for aviation fans. Dave aka Elvis was a truly excellent tour guide with ample personality. He shared great nuggets of information and made wonderful recommendations during the drive. Highly recommended.
Dave it was a great tour guy, he was amazing and funny and very knowledgeable. the boeing tour was more impressive than where we thought , i totally recommend this tour
This tour was terrific and made all the better by our funny and informative guide Elvis.
I loved it!
This was a great tour. The tour guide, Dave, Elvis, the cab driver from Seattle was fantastic. We loved seeing the Dreamliner being constructed. The guides at Boeing were outstanding. Highly recommend this tour!
Excellent tour evev for those who are not interested in aviation. Dave was very informative about Seattle
A excellent trip, our driver and guide to the Boeing factory was Dave Elvis from show me Seattle tours, he gave us a great commentary and stories both to and from the factory. Once at the Boeing factory you have a short film then transferred by bus to the actual factory which is huge, the tour involves a big of walking but is well worth it to see how they build these amazing planes.
What an amazing place. to be in an airport hanger where four 747's were being built. Everything is amazing at this place.
Carlton picked us up out side our hotel door as promised. He gave local information all the way up and back to Boeing. This is a must see for any petrol heads and veiw to our flying future.
The tour was excellent starting form being picked up at our hotel to dropping us off at another attraction in the city. We were given enough time to explore the sites not part of the tour and given incites on the area during the bus ride. It was nice not to have to rent a car to tour Boeing.
Great tour. Driver very friendly and knowledgeable about both Boeing and the Seattle area.
Great way to do the Boeing tour without having to fight traffic on the trip up and parking headaches once there.
