Be ready for convenient pickup in the morning from your Flagstaff hotel. Climb in to a comfortable tour vehicle with your guide and group, then take off for the Grand Canyon National Park.
Drive through the San Francisco Peaks and past Sunset Crater, where you can walk through the lava fields and snap some photos before moving on to the Wupatki National Monument, a Pueblo Indian ruin with a weather forecast system, a ball court, and 100 rooms.
Arrive midday at the Cameron Trading Post for lunch of Navajo Stew or an authentic Navajo Taco. Have a look around at the views of the Painted Desert and shop for Native American crafts and souvenirs.
After lunch, head for the Grand Canyon National Park, where you will stop at multiple scenic overlooks. Enjoy your guide's commentary on the history, fauna, flora, and geology of the area and spend some free time exploring on your own. End your tour of the Grand Canyon at the Village, where you are able to visit the Hopi house or the lobby of the El Tovar Hotel.
Sit back and relax on your scenic ride home, after which you will be returned conveniently to the door of your Flagstaff hotel.
