On the day of your 2-hour Vinyasa Flow yoga class, meet at the Sedona Train Zen Trail Shop in Sedona. Depending on whether you picked the 9am class or the 4pm class, you’ll either enjoy a morning or afternoon of yoga. There’s no need to bring your own yoga mat because a mat is lent out to you before you head out; however, if you’d like to being your own, feel free.
After everyone in your small group has arrived, your guide leads the way. Take a 30-minute hike on a trail to get to a red-rock mesa where class is held. Spread your mat out, and give yourself enough space to move and stretch during class.
Your guide starts the 60-minute Vinyasa Flow class. This is a great starter class for anyone who’s a beginner, but it also provides practice for those who are more experienced. Plus, from up on the mesa, you can enjoy stunning views over the canyons for a peaceful time.
After class, hike the trail back down to your original departure point, and sip on kombucha before you go your separate way.
