The tour was very informative and the guide Jay was very good. He knew all the details. Lunch was good but it was a traditional Korean sit on floor, so of the older folks on tour had trouble getting up and down off floor. Probably should and #39;ve chosen a place with chairs. The food was good though.

Despite the freezing weather, our tour guide, Kevin, is very informative and helpful. The only part that we don and #39;t like is the compulsory ginseng shopping. We were escorted into a room and then doors were shut behind us. Felt like we and #39;re not allowed to leave unless we make some purchase.

This was a major disappointment! It started great when we where picked up at the hotel at 09:30. It went downhill from there. We where taken by the Presidential palace. The Blue House You had better have your camera ready as we went by at 45MPH. That was it for that site. Next was a Palace where we witnessed a changing of the guard. Very impressive. Followed by the sprint tour of the Palace. Don't try and read any of the history of the displays. This seemed to upset the guide because we where being rushed from a 1 minute explanation of whatever the guide had selected to the next exhibit. There was a lot of history but it would take a tour on your own to actually be able to enjoy it. Next was lunch which was enjoyable. Of course we where then taken to their over priced shopping mall where we had a lot of time to shop. Lastly we where taken to the Seoul tower. Another impressive site that we where rushed through. As a group we decided to stop for a cup of coffee at the tower and this noticeably upset the guide as we where slowing her down. At last we where dropped off at our hotel at 3:30PM to complete our all day tour.
