Korea House Dinner and Show with Optional Private Transfer in Seoul

Your evening of exceptional dining and entertainment take place at Korea House, located in central Seoul, a well-maintained old-style building that features typical Korean architectural elements.

When you arrive, the staff shows you to your table. Relax as a fine meal composed by award-winning chefs arrives in courses at your table. You'll get to taste traditional dishes prepared with the freshest seasonal ingredients. Then menu is based on preserved records of the Joseon Dynasty’s royal cuisine, giving you the chance to feast like a king or queen.

Among the dishes that you might try, explore the delicate tastes of gujeolpan, consisting of vegetables and meats arranged on a wooden platter divided into nine compartments. Nibble the pancake-type appetizer jeonyuhwa and enjoy elaborate presentations of sinseollo (or yeolguja tang, meaning ‘makes the mouth happy’), made with meatballs, mushrooms and vegetables cooked in a rich broth.

Your evening includes eight performances that include an elegant Korean fan dance with performers in royal formal dress. See a perfect ensemble of drummers play an expressive style of farmers’ percussion music, performed with four janggo (drums shaped like an hourglass), called seoljanggo. Then watch the dancers move to the accompaniment of five drums in an example of o-go-mu (which means ‘five drum dance’).

At the end of your evening, take the opportunity to snap photos with the performers. You can choose to make your way to Korea House on your own, or select hotel pickup upon booking for convenient transport.

I highly recommend this tour. The dinner is great, menu includes several dishes and they were all good.
The show Sim Cheong is excellent. It introduces you to Korea's culture and traditions. The 5 drum performance, the dances,
pansori Korean opera, the actors and the musical instruments were excellent.

The food was amazing! The service was amazing! Our hostess spoke English so she explained things to us, she told us what the food was made of, how it was prepared and everything. The grounds of Korea house beautiful. It takes you to a whole new era. The show was simply beautiful. The costumes, the music and the dance was a true delight. I would say if you are visiting Korea for the first, second or third time, you MUST visit Korea House. it was well worth the money and will come again.

Not impressive ... for people familiar with Korean food , the dinner is not impressive , the show was boring , not much variety , no translation don't know whats going on ... All the tours we took were too pricy in my opinion....
