The bike tour is so much fun. Max is so friendly, funny and such a great guide. Will definitely be back!
This bike tour was amazing and very fun. Max made us laugh and made us feel very welcomed in Korea.
I highly recommend this tour. This is a very unique way to see Seoul. The day offers a mix of bike time, walking time, rest time, eating time, and sightseeing time. Our guide, Max, went out of his way to insure we were safe, had good insights into what we were seeing and where we were going, and the lunch was fantastic. This is far better than being on a bus or in a car!
Great tour! Great guide! I enjoyed the exercise from the biking and getting to see things like the palace. If you don't speak Korean, this is worth it just to have a local helping you order lunch and telling you things you would probably otherwise miss.
Our guide, Max, was very accommodating and really cool. He gave us a lot of history throughout the tour and we really enjoyed his company.
The bike tour was challenging, as you ride through the busy sidewalks throughout Seoul, so be on alert, but it was fun!! Highly recommend!!! Have fun!
This tour was the best, I think it absolutely necessary if visiting Seoul to get a take of the city from a local's passionate eye. Max and Rotto met us at the train stop just like they said ready to go with the bikes and a snack with delicious local goodies. We saw the neighborhoods of Hongdae, Itaweon, Namsan, Gyeongbokgung and Dongdaemum palaces, the first with a detailed tour from Max. We just parked our bikes and was led through this amazing Joseon dynasty palace with Max answering our questions through this peaceful oasis with Bukhansan mountains in the background. We also stopped ath the history museum's Seoul Joseon exhibit, and were shown a preview of the history of the areas we were going to visit. We navigated our way to Insadong, which is a thousand year old neighborhood with art galleries, shopping and food. After our lunch Max took us to an authentic tea house we never would have found on our own. It was literally a sliding door with no sign. We then had an hour to do a little shopping, and we did end up returning a few days later because its such a cool place. We biked through the markets of Dongdaemum and Namdaemum and it was great to see close up all the trade booths, the button man, the zipper lady, and people just eating their lunches with so many different types of kim chi. We ended the day with a ride along the south side of the Han river, where we stopped halfway for a drink and chat all about Seoul. The view was incredible and peaceful. I absolutely recommend this tour to see Seoul up close and personal from a guide who knows the most interesting things Seoul has to offer. A bike is really the best way to take in this endless and futuristic city.
excellent and highly recomended
