We met our 60-passenger bus on the dock in Cadiz. On the long ride to Seville our bus tour guide provided an excellent overview of the history and economy of the area. When we arrived in Seville the tour of about 36 people was divided into three smaller groups. Our local guide in the Alcazar was excellent. Though the palace was very crowded, she took time to fully answer any questions and allow us to view and photograph the spectacular architecture.
Wonderful tour with very friendly and knowledgeable tour guides. The skip the line aspect at the palace was great. Tour guides took great care of us. Cadiz was a fantastic stop.
On our drive to Seville our guide gave us an informative overview of the history of Cadiz and what to expect then turned us over to a local guide at Seville. The Plaza De Espana and Palace was a walk back in time. We loved the quaintness walking thru the neighborhoods and the restaurants/shops.
Excellent tour with knowledgeable guide. Very interest sights with tremendous historical significance. Bus ride to Seville was too long.
It exceeded my expectations. Everything was well organized and went flawlessly. The price was approximately 50 dollars less than the ship rate and was a full day with plenty of time to see the Palace and those exquisite gardens. The guide was extremely knowledgeable and her English was excellent.
Alcazar/Seville was a pleasant surprise after a disappointing Alhambra tour from the cruise ship.
Tip: if possible, make a reservation to enter the cathedral asap before starting your tour of Seville.
This tour was wonderful!!! Our guide was fabulous and it was an awesome experience.
As expected and promised. Tour guide and separation into small group. Well done!
Our tour guide was good and he even brought his brother to help herd the cats. The Alcazar Palace had the Moorish influence. The government building with each town's tile artwork was amazing. We got to shop a little, and had tapas near the large church building. The only thing we missed was the Metropol Parasol the largest wooden structure in the world, please add it to the tour.
Cost was 1/2 of equivalent Cruise Ship fees with a much smaller tour size along with trip timing tailored to our cruise ship port time. The smaller bus enabled quicker time to Seville with more city access flexibility. Tour leaders were knowledgeable, courteous and just plain fun. We had a wonderful time and will plan to use Cadiz Shore Excursions for our future travels.
Very interesting tour. Smaller group than ship's tour so easier to follow guide.
Wonderfully, organized experience. Walked off ship and rep was there checking everyone in. Got on a nice modern big bus. Gave us a welcomed rest stop in a clean place after 45 minutes. 45 minutes later we arrived in Seville and were split into 3 smaller groups with local guides. Very interesting guided tour, then had time to do our own thing. The shuttle back to the ship went very well with the 45 minute stop for the restroom. Got to the ship with plenty of time not to feel rushed. I would totally use this company again. Thanks for a great tour!!!
The tour guide Francisco was informative and interesting. In the short amount of time we had he showed us everything we wanted and needed to see and then some!!! The driver was waiting for us when we disembarked from the ship and returned us on time. What else can I say they made the trip one I will never forget.
This was an excellent tour--especially great value for the price! We booked this instead of the ship offered tour, and were really impressed. The guide spoke great English, was very knowledgable and made the whole experience well worthwhile! Would highly recommend to anyone coming here on a cruise!
Guides arrived on time and gave us a great tour of Seville and added some other places in Cadiz that were not part of the tour. Highly recommended.
Excellent tour! Guides were knowledgeable and informative. Lots of time to see the palace and visit other highlights of Seville. Also, comfortable bus and time to have lunch and explore on our own.
The tour was excellent but they need to supply headphones. Couldn't hear a lot of what the guide had to say.
There is so much to see on this tour! I found it to be well planned so that we had plenty of time to see and enjoy everything
A bus met us in Cadiz to transfer us to Seville. Once there, our tour guide met us. It felt a bit disjointed and the information was more- here is this place. Here is a church or in the palace, here is the Queen's quarters, Kings quarters but not something interesting about it. They did not delve into the historical significance or make you want to pay attention. I was able to see a snap shot of Seville in one day and at an affordable price, so I am glad bought this tour. But, it was not one of the better ones.
This was the least favorite of several Viator tours we did on this cruise but it was still better than the Holland America tours we took. There were quite a few people on the tour maybe 30 so it felt a little like a cattle drive. They did divide into 2 groups each with a guide so that helped a lot. The skip-the-line at the Royal Alcazar palace actually didn't make much difference since there was no line. Seville was a very nice city and very clean.

Guide was great and very knowledgeable, while there were many other tours at the same time and this did not include a visit of Cathedral.
