The description on the Viator web site is a little misleading. Firstly, it describes the pickup and drop off point as our hotel but it should have said near our hotel. Also, there is mention of a cruise which we took to mean a boat cruise but that did not materialise. Having said that, the pickup point was only about five minutes away from our hotel so no hassle.
It was a very long day with an excellent commentary whilst on the coach. The visit to a sherry winery at Jerez was very good with an excellent guide. We then went on to watch an Andalusian Horse Show which was really good. All that before lunch. On to Cádiz where we had some free time to have some lunch at one of the many cafes and looking around the shops.
A coach tour of Cádiz with a couple of stops for photos and a drive back to Seville.
Although the cost does not seem cheap, it does work out at very good value for money.
This tour was fabulous, our guide was very knowledgable and entertaining, made sure all of us were happy. Would gladly recommend doing this tour

Excellent! The guide was very nice and helpful. Even when I was the only tourist instead of cancelling they sent me on a taxi. Really great.
This Was an spectacular day excursion. The guide Javier made the excursion nice and he entertained us with explanations about Sevilla, Jerez de la Frontera and Cadiz.
exellent day trip. the Tio Pepe experience was great and the horse show is one of a kind. the next place Cadiz is beautifull and several restaurants for a great lunch.
overall i would highly recommend this day trip and close to seville you will arrive relaxed and ready for night tapas.
Before we started, we were a bit concerned about the length of the trip. In fact, it was not a problem. The timing at each stop is just right and we really enjoyed the day. The guides were very knowledgeable and horses really do dance!
Great trip...we had Javier as our guide and Ramon as our driver. They were both excellent. Javier gave us tidbits during the ride to Jerez de la Frontera and then once in Cadiz, we had some free time to either grab some lunch or tour the sites on our own. We were prepared with our own notes, we picked up a map and then took in some of the sites...and left enough time to enjoy a well-earned beer before boarding the van. The visit to the Gonzalez-Byass Bodega was very good...alot of info and the guide was very nice and besides giving us the facts, provided us with local tidbits. She was very good. The horse ballet at the Fundacion Real Escuela Andaluza del Arte Ecuestre was very nice...shame one cannot take photos or videos. All in all a very nice trip and it made us realize we need to make a separate full-day trip to see Cadiz...it's beautiful, one of the oldest cities in Spain, and there's LOTS to see.
Thank you Javier for an amazing day! Sherry tasting, Andalusian horses, and a lovely tour of the port city of Cadiz. This was a great way to see the beauty of Andalusia!
Well this was the best experience of my stay . Our guide was very knowledgeable and spoke perfect English. The whole day ran smoothly, the horses were beautiful just ap shame we could not take phtograghs, even after the show. Enjoyed the whole day immensely , thank you
The guide was very knowledgable and very personable. Perfect itinerary led by a perfect guide and driver. Especially liked that it was a small bus with only a few fellow travelers.
This was a wonderful full-day trip and we enjoyed every minute of it!! The sherry tasting and tour was great, and being horse people, we were thrilled to watch the equestrian show in Jerez. Everyone on our bus agreed to forgo the boat ride to Cadiz, thankfully, and so we went by bus and had lots of time there for a lunch and sightseeing. We were lucky enough to have the most remarkable young woman for a guide - Melissa, whose bubbly personality and wonderful commentary lasted the whole trip and each and every one of us on the bus hugged her when it was over! She is truly a remarkable person and she made this trip one of the best we had on our trip to Spain.
The oldest city in Europe! 3,000 years old! The horse show was amazing; the wine tasting was fun and interesting. We even saw a barrel that was owned by Robert Wagner.
Great trip, though I think it may be better in reverse with more time in Cadiz.
Our entire day was great! The sherry tour was very interesting and enjoyable. The horse show was beautiful and quite memorable. We stopped for lunch in Santa Maria, and afterwards took a ferry to Cadiz, which was very interesting as well as surprising. Our guide "Tiger" did a great job!
Todo las paradas cumplieron con nuestras expectativas y más! La visita a Jeréz y a la Bodega de Domeq fue fantástica y la guia turística en Cadiz fue la mejor!!!

The tour of the winery was wonderful, even the kids enjoyed it. The equestrian show was magnificent and the boat ride to Cadiz very enjoyable. Cadiz is beautiful. The whole experience was fantastic and well worth the price.
We enjoyed the tour very much. The guide, Antonio, was very knowledgeable and personable and answered questions without hesitation. His English was excellent given that the tour was both in Spanish and English. We enjoyed the tour of Tio Pepe sherry factory we only wish that they would have given us a bit more time to taste the different sherries something like 15 minutes which is no enough. The equestrian exhibition was superb we had never seen Andalucian horses perform before and the riders were masterful. It was like a ballet with horses.
We also enjoyed our time in Cadiz. Since it was a tour, there wasn't much time to explore that city other than allowing us two hours to have lunch in the central square and driving through the city. It made us want to come back to Cadiz for a few days at some point.
All in all, an excellent tour.
We really enjoyed this trip! The luxury minibus arrived punctually and was extremely comfortable. We were impressed with the driver since he drove at a nice, 'gentle' speed. The tour of the Gonzalez Byass Tio Pepe Winery was fascinating thanks to an excellent guide who was a most capable translator in English and French. The 'dancing' horses show is a delight to behold.
One of the slightly negative points was the fact that our tour guide struggled to speak French when our French companion had been told she would have a French translation of the sights we saw. Naturally, she was disappointed about that. We also thought the time spent in Cadiz could have been longer as, by the time we had eaten lunch, there was no time to walk around and see very much.
Overall, though, we would thoroughly recommend this trip!
Unfortunately we had rather bad weather during our trip, but the guide was perfect and great fun. Cadiz in the sun would have been nicer, but we made the best out of the day. The Sherry Bodega was very interesting, but the horse show not really our thing. Make sure you have breakfast before you leave as there a no food stops before lunch around 2PM.
The Bodega we visited in Jerez was beautiful and the guide very knowledgeable. There isn and #39;t much else to see in Jerez but then we were off to Cadiz which is a very pleasant city, lovely gardens on the seaside and beautiful white sandy beach.
