Our guide was very knowledgeable and had a fun way of explaining the history! It was very hot but he did a good job at pausing to let us sit and cool down as well. Best history guided tour I’ve been on in a while.

Great tour guide but overwhelming to do both the cathedral and Alcazar in one go. Recommend splitting it into 2 trips if you have the time. Otherwise great tour.

If you go to Seville this a most do! We started with going up La Giralda with its 34 ramps (no steps). The views were beautiful and it was worth going up. The cathedral is huge and full of history. Alcazar was my favorite. You want to take a picture of every corner as it is so unique. Alberto was our tour guide and he had an amazing explanation of everything we saw. We learned a lot!

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic and couldn't fault the tour guide, but I found the tour a little boring. I assumed we started at the Plaza del Triunfo then visited the Cathedral and ended in the Royal Alcazar as it was labelled 1. Plaza del Triunfo 2.Catedral de Sevilla 3.Torre Giralda 4. Royal Alcazar but that was not so. I would have liked time to enjoy the Alcazar. It seemed everyone got bored at the last stop and dropped off the tour, the only reason most stayed was for the access ticket to the belltower of the Cathedral. The tour didn't include the royal rooms. The group was too large. Save yourself the money, buy your Alcazar ticket online due to the long queue at the ticket office and use an audio guide.

Awesome tour guided by Isabelle. She was so knowledgeable that she could have continued talking for another 3 hours. My husband, 21 yr old daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed the in-depth details over the three hour period. But my 17 yr old found it a little too long. I would say, if you enjoy seeing cathedrals and basilica and are ready to take in the architecture for 3 hrs, this is the tour for you. But this may not be for everyone. We logged more than 10,000 steps that day just walking this tour for 3 hours.

The tout that was not

The tour did not happen at all. Unfortunately my gf got covid and I was taking care of her in the morning. After that, my taxi was late to getting to the location by 20 minutes to the first part of the tour (Alcazar). Not blamining them for this as this part was not their fault. however! Where they DID mess up is when I called their customer serive and ask if I can join in for the 2nd part or get a refund, they said I was not able to join the 2nd part. I needed to completely rebook the entire tour. I went into the Cathedral by myself and received a call 5 minutes after I was out (1.5 hours after the tour started) that I could attend the 2nd half with them. The person I the phone NEVER said that when I first called. Had I known this, I would jave done the Alcazar first on my own and rejoin them for the 2nd half. At that point, I was fed up and didn't believe it was best for me to do the tour all over again. Be clear to your customer service reps so proper info is given

Our taxi was late and we arrived 15mins late, i kept in contact with agent. We missed 1st part of tour? We had to repay at church to get in; what she should have done is left word with our names so that we could join tour. We were a bit thrown aback with lack of concern for us to join group. We paid dbl to do tour on our own.

This was a must do tour for the highlights of Seville and we did not have many days to space them out so we took this tour to pack it all in. I must say that the hard part is at the end when climbing the Giralda. They offer these separately so if you have time to do that, Its better because it was tiring to do all 3. But if you’re limited on time like we were, this was ideal.

Easy meeting point, easily located. Our tour guide, he was just amazing. Very knowledgable, friendly and had a great personality! It was a long day, so make sure you take a bottle of water and wear a hat in the summer, but no complaints about the tour! Thank you again!
