When we booked this trip, it was the only one we choose that allowed us to see a glacier. Unfortunately, when we finished our wildlife cruise, with two hours left in our trip, we were told it was too late to see a glacier and no more busses were going there. We were so disappointed. We had met the tour guide and followed their directions of which bus to get on. That bus took us to the boat. I contacted the front office when we got back to port and never got a call back. When we got home a week later, I called again and they did refund the cost of the glacier trip. However, I was very disappointed that there was no real empathy that a moment of a lifetime was lost, AND that they had not contacted me to resolve the issue.
The wildlife cruise was phenomenal! We saw orcas and 4 humpbacks all very close. The captain and naturalist were great. Very engaged and informative. Could not ask for more.
I really want to give the captain/naturalist five stars and the booking/planning zero stars.

A great experience, not to be missed! Professional crew, great at finding the wildlife, nothing like being 1/4 mile from a calving glacier.

The sights were just fantastic. We saw several pods of orca whales, sea lions, a black bear, doll sheep and a hump back whale.

The scenery was great. Despite of bad weather, we spotted sea lions, puffins and a bald eagle along the way. Crew members were very friendly and food was good. Portions of the ride is bumpy, so taking motion sickness medicine is highly recommended.

This was our best experience in Alaska! The cruise was great, the boat's crew and captain were professional and very knowledgeable. The park ranger on board was able to point out locations as we cruised by and had a wealth of information about the park, glacier, and animals. Don't pass up the buffet: it is worth every cent! The food was wonderful and fresh! But back what we saw -- we paused beside a whale-study boat that was watching a group of Orcas, it was an amazing group of huge whales. Then as we traveled closer to the glacier, we witnessed a large fin emerging from the water and slapping the surface. One fin was soon joined with another fin, both slapping the surface, the humpback whales were scaring small schools of fish toward their baby so it could learn to fish. After several minutes of seeing several whales at the surface, one finally breached. It is hard to describe the massive size of these whales--the water surrounding them shot up and boiled. The entire cruise was great -- a must-do!

Great tour. The captain and National Parks ranger provided an informative running commentary but not too much talk. Boat captain was very accommodating to stopping for wildlife and the route was good. Food was really good. It was rainy and cool the day of our tour no surprise and the windows were fogged up which made viewing from the cabins difficult, especially for taking pictures. There were defroster vents but they weren't being used.

Great experience! Facilities were good, food was great. All of the wildlife didn't cooperate totally....LOL!
