This is the second time I’ve done this excursion and WOW IT. The weather was perfect, the killer whales were active, and we have the most knowledgeable captain and tour guides I have ever toured with. Don’t miss out, BOOK THIS!

Fantastic Journey - Best Experience in Alaska

The crew was outstanding. From the Captain to the wildlife photographer, everyone was so professional and well-spoken. Every aspect of the trip was curated in a manner that was both educational and entertaining. I also loved how the ships interacted with one another, letting us know when whales or other wildlife was spotted so all could benefit.

Trip was good, if you have any chance of getting seasick do medication will make your trip much nicer. Don’t recommend using Viator as it will cost you an additional $40. Just come an hour early buy tickets there.

My siblings and I took this trip on the recommendation of some locals. This trip has been fantastic! We saw all kinds of sea life including fun whales, sea lions, and otters. The crew was kind and provided us with a great experience. I will be taking this trip again in the future! Be sure to dress warm, bring waterproof clothing, and wear gloves if you want to be outside.

The captain and crew were super nice and helpful. Seats were assigned, by group, inside the heated cabin at the start of the trip, but we were free to move about any time we would like. We saw quite a few waterfalls, puffins, sea lions, harbor seals, and sea otters. And one humpback whale! Spent time under a calving glacier, and was able to see it calve a few times. The captain was sure to move slowly when close to anything interesting (landscapes included) and turned the boat so both sides would have a view. Overall, it was a great trip. Well worth the money spent, and we would do it again in a heartbeat

A MUST DO in Seward!!
Eric_W
, Aug 2022
A terrific experience! Great crew, unbelievable scenery. The crew goes out of their way to find excellent wildlife viewing opportunities. All capped off with an up close view of a tidewater glacier. Comfortable seating with large windows and heat if the elements don’t cooperate. If you have a tendency for motion sickness, invest in a scopolamine patch prescription from your doctor prior to sailing as the Gulf of Alaska can be a bit of a challenge if you’re not prepared.

Humpback and Killer Whales showing us their tails and dorsal fins. Puffins. The information we got while cruising was interesting and memorable. We wish there was a booklet we could buy that would contain all the info about the area to read later.
