Our guide, Siek Sambo, was great! He took us to all the best places and explained what the significance was. We typically got to places at the less busy times so it was never very crowded. We learned a lot and the bike riding, while challenging for someone who's never biked on sandy trails, was a lot of fun. Definitely the way to see the temples. All the food we were served was amazing! No need to bring snacks or water. Also, the bikes are good quality bikes in great condition.

We joined the sunrise biking tour for Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple and Ta Phrom. It was an amazing journey through the bushes and mud. Apart from the famous temples, we got a change to see the local village side and a quieter aspect of the touristy area.

Our guide, Som, speaks fluent English and has a vast bank of knowledge about the history, facts and stories of the temples. He has good hands with cameras too and made sure we enjoyed the tour at ever turn.

The supply of iced towels at stops by the van driver is a 6-star treatment - imagine we had been biking up and down getting all muddy and sweaty.

A biking tour is highly recommended for your next visit to the Angkor temples!

If you are like me who wants to see a bit more than just a and #39;normal and #39; tourist and is short on time- then this trip is for you. We got to see countryside, dogs and hens, village and schools... Through jungle and all of sudden there is a hidden temple just sitting there!
Our guide Sambo is awesome!

Loved the Angkor Sunrise Bike Tour! We got to see 3 main temples, including an incredible sunrise at Angkor Wat, with great detailed historical information from our guide Chen. Traveling the area on bikes was a unique way to see more than just the temples. Our guide made the day fun and interesting and the breakfast and lunch provided were delicious, along with plenty of cold water!

great way to see the temples without the crowds. the ride is relatively easy . Our guide Chen was lovely and very knowledgable. The ride through the jungle through little villages also gives you a look and how the locals live. My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Great tour of the main 3 temple areas. It was a long, hot day, but we always had water and some breaks had ice/washcloths to cool down. Only caveat is that you are not followed by the van at all times which for some reason I thought would be the case so no bailing out on the biking if it's too much! It's mostly flat and no long distances, but very hot the day I was there. Our guide had excellent English and gave us great insight into a lot of the special features at the temples.

This is my first foreign tour booked through viator. I've done tours with other places and have had mixed results. The company used is a big operation. They have their own fleet of vans to pick you up, complete with bicycle jersey uniforms. I felt safe driving with them. Breakfast was top notch: yummy coffee, fruit juice, omelet, fruit, granola etc. Lunch was also great: they preordered several dishes for us 4 cyclist to eat, local flavor is fantastic. Sunrise was spectacular, and since they do this all the time, they knew the best place for pictures. Yes, we had to arrive extra early but we were the ones with the 1 spot for photos. As the day went on, they provided ample amounts of water and fresh fruit. Our tour guide gave us a lot of info about the buildings, the history etc. Honestly, i wasn't expecting a guided history tour, i thought it was going to be: we ride our bikes to here and go explore, see you in 90 minutes. Nope, we got an interactive tour. He took photos for us that way it wasn't all crap Selfie's. The pace was easy and never felt like more than 3-5 km before stopping for more stuff to see. BTW, they speak good english too. I would do it again and would encourage my friends to do it.

We were collected early in the mornnig well before sunrise and bused to the popular tourist site at the lake in front of Angkor Wak, where there were hundreds of other tourists to be expected. The area was large enough to accomodate all of us without spoiling the view. Thank goodness it was at the end of the Season in October. Then we began our cycle ride around the other sites away from the crowds. Really good way of seeing them, the other tourists were constantly busing and debussing. The cycle ride was easy and not at all taxing and alllowed us to view sights that the other tourists missed. Really enjoyablr and not at all demanding.

My guide was very good, caring and knowledgeable about Angkot Wat! Cycling along the moat of Angkor and Bayon allowed me to enjoy the beautiful natural landscape of the ancient city. The tour also came with me a very good the chef who helped prepare the breakfast for me.

I would definitely recommend viewing the temples by bike. By the end of it my bottom was a bit sore, but all in all it is a fairly easy ride, and a nice way to get away from the tourists and see some of the behind the scenes. Food was delicious. Guide was very knowledgeable. I had a nice time.

Great day around the Angkor temples. The biking went through a range of trails between the various temples and guide took us through the three main Angkor temples - Angkor Wat, Angkor Thom and Na Prohm. Plenty of cold water and food given to keep us going.

The 75 spent was worth every penny. Taking the cycling tour is an entirely different experience than getting around in ac vans or tuk-tuks. We get to go through the jungles and visit a village. Our tour operator Grasshopper tours were very efficient with their service. The guide Mr. Sompa was very knowledgeable and he kept on telling us each and every detailed history of the places we visited. Highly recommend for those looking for something unique.
