We had a very nice time on this bicycle tour. It was very hot but were able to ride in the shade a good portion of the day. The Wat's were incredible and our guide Som was very knowledgeable and passionate about his country. The cycling isn't difficult but it does cover a small amount of rough terrain and sandy areas. The bikes were newer and in good condition.

Great tour and very knowledgeable guide! Good biking pace even for people who are not so proficient at biking like myself. Even though one day is probably too little time to visit the temples, I think the tour allowed ample time to see several temples and get a taste of their rich and complicated history.

It was a very well organised or prepared tour. One of the people we were on the tour with had a flat tire and they changed it within 5 mins. During the whole trip, they kept filling our water bottles while we got off our bikes to look around. Just be aware of the heat, the tour is quite long and it can get really hot. Don't forget to bring something like a scarf to cover your neck if you dont want to get sunburn.

This was a really fun and offbeat way of visiting the temples while also getting to see the countryside and ride some cool trails. The lunch was quite tasty too! Grasshopper did a nice job of organizing and making sure everything ran smoothly.

This trip was everything we had hoped for as well as a couple of surprise off road excursions. Our guide Somchhay was perfect for the tour. He was extremely engaging, had a great amount of knowledge of all of the places we visited and was a great host. We highly recommend this trip.

My guide, Som, was fantastic. I had toured the temples by bus the day before, and I saw so much more by visiting them again on bike. We cut through the jungle to visit the temples, and saw a lot more wildlife monkeys, butterflies, birds than I did by bus. All the people on the tour were very friendly there were five of us and we had a great time.

Som from grasshopper bike tours was the best tour guide you could ask for during the trip. I went during the rainy season, but it did not stop us from having a great time since Som knew when to take breaks, have lunch and avoid the hard rain. I had forgotten sunscreen and mosquito repellant, but Som had some packed in his bag. He made sure we had the best trip possible. The bikes were in great condition and it was probably the most fun I had during the whole trip!

Great tour ! Felt less like a tourist visiting the temples by bike. Even though it was sometimes hard, I didn and #39;t feel pushed to go fast or outdo myself. Met some great people also, which was a plus for this visit. The fruit and lunch break was perfect and helped me overcome my legs ache.

Great Service by our guest, nice vessel and very good food. They were also very nice by giving us an extra cabin since we were a little crowded in one because we where 3 people.

I can't imagine touring the Angkor Temples any other way. Such a wonderful experience biking the countryside. Our tour guide was great and very informative. At 52-years-old, I thought the ride would be too much 36K in 100 degree heat but it was a nice pace and I was able to keep up with no problem. We always had fresh, cold water available. The equipment bikes, helmets were top quality. This was the best tour ever. Highly recommended.

It was a good, easy ride to and from the Angkor area. We went through the main roads as well as off roads. The distance may seem far to some, but we stopped for a lot of breaks in between, probably every 15 minutes or so. So in the end it really didn't feel like you were cycling far. And they have a sweeper that makes sure the last person in the group will not be left behind. So you don't have to worry about having to catch up with the rest of the group. I personally prefer a leisurely ride myself, so I really couldn't be bothered sometimes to keep up with the rest of the group I wanted to take in as much as I could of the scenery and buildings and people on the route.

Make sure you do this trip. Great cycling and unless you want to spend endless hours looking at buildings from the past, albeit awesome ones. Gives you a good snapshot of a lot of temple sites and more. tour leader was superb

I highly recommend something like this if you would like to learn the history behind your experience. All together you get a taste of real life to and from the temples. Our guide was nice, informative, and very helpful if you ever needed anything.

This is a wonderful experience!!! Highly recommended - i am even considering doing their Bangkok night tour i was so pleased. Lots of information provided by the guides and they keep you well fed and hydrated. We had a wonderful lunch across from Angkor Wat - how amazing in that. We enjoyed a nice meal including traditional Cambodian food or whatever you prefer :-.

A unique and better way of exploring the big three temples. The bike route went through the national park, amid foliage, woods, and a bit of drizzle. It was a very, very refreshing ride.

Since it was low season for tourists, there was only one member of the group tour...me! I was apprehensive at first that the tour won't push through, but I was assured by Grasshopper that it would be their pleasure to get on with the tour, regardless of headcount.

I had an amazing time! Som, the tour guide, was very knowledgeable and his English is very good.

I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a fun and out-of-the-box way of visiting the Angkor temples. It would be important to take note however, that the bike ride is around 30km. So moderate physical fitness is somewhat necessary!

If you know how to cycle, this is really the only way to see SR and the temples. Forget the motorised forms of transport, connect with the place and the scenery and take up this wonderful cycle tour. This tour was well conducted, by a great guide, his was backed-up up with a second guide who seemed to have an entire cycle repair workshop in his back pack, and he knew how to use it. I found the team to be very professional, and the tour very well done all round. Thank you for providing some truly valuable memories.
