This was a great class. All the people involved, the guides, chefs etc were super friendly. We were picked up in rickshaws from our hotel and taken to the restaurant. We then went to the market to visit and see where all our ingrédients were coming from. It is a beautiful market for food and other things too! We then went back and were shown what we were going to cook and how we were going to cook it. We were given our cookbooks, hats and aprons and got started. We prepared the green mango salade, chicken curry and a delicous coconut cream dessert. This was a birthday event for our 14yr old son. We all loved it. We then sat down and dined in their restaurant. We had made so much food! It was all delicious. After lunch the rickshaws were waiting to take us back to our hotel but we wanted to explore again the Siem Reap market to buy some of the ingrédients to take back home with us. It was a great day! I highly recommend this outing!

Great morning spent with the head chef. Pick up from hotel,walk through the local produce market.Learnt to cook 3 wonderful Khmer dishes and enjoyed eating them all after.Wonderful experience I would recommend to all cooks and non cooks.Friendly helpful staff and everything included.Top Rated LG Australia
It was a very enjoyable morning. The market was interesting and the chef was a good instructor. The meals that I cooked were green mango salad, chicken curry and sticky rice dumplings all of which were delicious. I would recommend this tour to others visiting Siem Reap.
