With two routes to choose from, this double-decker bus tour takes you to all the best sights in Singapore. It's an inexpensive, flexible and simple way to get around.
Worked well for us! We arrived on cruise ship and there was a Hop Off Hop On bus waiting at the terminal that took us to the place where we needed to turn in our voucher. We used the two day pass and traveled a bit on all routes using this for both tour and transportation between places. Excellent service. Great way to see a really beautiful city! Especially loved the Singapore Botanical Gardens/National Orchid Gardens---at the par end of the Yellow route. Don't miss them!
Great way to get your bearings in Singapore. Stops at all the must see places and sure beats walking.
Excellent value, courteous and friendly bus drivers. Numerous routes with great information via the headsets. Get off and stroll China Town wonderful. Not forgetting Raffles and a Singapore Sling. Very enjoyable day.
First, the directions were not real clear on how to pick up the bus. I walked to the City Hall stop and showed my voucher that I printed at the hotel, I was allowed on, even though I didn't have my ticket, which you need to get at Suntec center. In any event, finally turned in my Voucher at the ticket counter at Suntec, got my Ticket, I was good to go. Sooo, moving on, highly recomend this tour. I did both the yellow and red tours and really enjoyed it both. You get to see the city proper from a great vantage point. If you really want to get into it, I'd follow the other recomendations to take both tours, decided what you want to see, then on the second round, stop at all the great places. Great tours, just would ask that the operator looks at the directions from the point of view of someone who is reasonable intelligent, but has never used the service.
An excellent and cheap way of seeing all that Singapore has to offer! Different routes takes the tourist to various quarters of this fascinating city. Again, you have to exchange your paper booking confirmation to proper tickets at the designated Hop-On/Hop-Off Big Bus Central Office. Unlike Dubai, bottled water is not free of charge 1 Singapore so advisable to bring your own. Do visit the Buddha Temple in Chinatown and make time for lunch in one of the many restaurants there and for browsing the souvenir shops. Visit the Sri Mariamman Hindu Temple in Little India and if your time in Singapore allows it a minimum of 2 days, visit one of the tailor shops in Little India for made-to-measure shirts and suits for the gentlemen and made-to-measure blouses, kimonos and dresses in sumptuous silks for the ladies. Expert measuring service and prompt delivery to your hotel within 48 hours, There are Big Bus stops dotted everywhere around the city so a pretty easy way of sightseeing. Would highly recommend!
Good tour. Plenty buses 3routes. It's a must do when visiting Singapore.
I really enjoyed the tour bus and would recommend it to anyone. The buses regularly leave the depo from 8.30am but sadly the last routes leave between 5 and 6pm, the city comes to life at night when it all lights up and with the night markets so would of been to at least have one bus that stays open later.
This is the perfect way to get to know your way around Singapore, and the best way to get to and from the fantastic botanical gardens too. Four routes, each about an hour long, but you can hop on and off to suit your own plans, as the buses run very regularly too though not at night. Highly recommend booking this for the duration of your visit, or at least for the first few days. Well done Viator.
I appreciate professional organisation of the trips. There was lot useful information on history and present times. I know from audio guide many practical hints on Singapore. There was sufficient time left for personal study and walk through places visited due to itinerary of trips. Highly recommend everybody who wish to know basics of Singapore.
Excellent, all three tour routes were really interesting with good commentary. Definitely worth doing
