Great fun. It was very well organised and we enjoyed learning about traditional cooking in Singapore.
Looking forward to doing it again on our next trip.
It was enormous fun. Such a good way of spending a morning, and Lesley and Helen were brilliant at teaching and giving us bits of history of Singapore. If we had had more time I would have asked for another session!
From when you enter the room you were felt very welcomed.
The food you cooked is what you ate. I never felt like I was a tourist I felt like I was cooking with a family.

Loved it! This was my second time to the school. Learnt a lot and looking forward to trying recipe at home.
We both love to cook and book classes wherever we can. It was only 3 of us with Mary the instructor and one apprentice, who did the preparations and kept everything tidy. We learnt about the history of Singapore and the development of the cuisine. We were intoduced to their way of cooking and the receipes, we would cook. We had a lot of expanantions,preparations and cooking.The dishes we wonderful. We even receives a little gift. Receipes were e- mailed and pictures posted.
I did not know a curry can taste sooooo good. Mary was personal and very professional. My husband calles it a highlight of our 5 week vacation!!
Very recommandable, honestly a MUST for food- lovers.
The ladies who ran the class were absolutely lovely. They were really friendly and welcoming, and knew a lot about Singapore culture and food.
The class was really interesting. The recipes were easy to follow and the food tasted delicious.
Recipes and photos from the class are emailed to you afterwards, and I am currently making the dishes for dinner at home tonight.
I have done quite a few tours and activities in Singapore over the past few years, and this class stands out as being the best.
I highly recommend the class and look forward to doing the class again myself next time I am in Singapore.

I'm worried because I'm not good at communicating in English.
But the teacher and classmates were so kind as to help me.
A crispy spring roll was the best of all.
I could learn to how to cook as well as the history and origin of traditional Singaporean food.

Great cooking class, very well set up and we had an excellant teacher. Food was fantastic. We will definately do another class next time back to Singapore
