An amazing experience. As close as you can get to the most amazing sea life without actually getting wet. We also got an amazing deal with Viator. S80 for 2 adults and 2 kids. It would have cost us five times more to have bought tickets at the gate. The only downside was trying to find the place to pick up the tickets. That took a while. It's down in the underground carpark where the coaches drop people off.
An amazing well set up venue with a terrific assortment of spieces from around the world. Highly recommended venue.
The S.E.A Aquarium is an amazing experience and this Viator offer was great with the hotel pick up, it made it so easy and relaxed.
We would definitely recommend this tour and would definately do it again.
The SEA Aquarium is amazing! You can not beat the price of having Viator pick you up from the hotel. Very convenient.
Amazing aquariums , bringing the underworld to you without getting your feet wet
As this was a one way tour, with no guide, we found the pick up service timely and the driver was friendly. We were dropped off on Sentosa Island and pointed in the direction of the Aquarium and had a great 6 hours there, seeing what we wanted to see.
When we were finished, we caught the free monorail back to Vivocity and had no problems finding the monorail station, as described by our guide when he dropped us off.
Only spoiled by school teachers screaming at students to be heard. Great spectacle,a must see.
Very good experience and has organised very well. Better include a packages include few more items. You may have this but better inform through mails.
SEA is excellent but you probably don't need the transfer as you can just as easy get the MRT and monorail to Sentosa
Well the transport arrived on time, but then the vehicle ran out of gas on the way to the destination. Apparently, this is not unusual, as the owner of the local transport company does not trust his drivers, so fills the vehicles with the bare minimum petrol to get them there. Sometimes, he gets it wrong, as in our case. When the driver got back with a jerry can of fuel, he could not start the van. So we were stranded. On the bright side, our guide hailed a taxi and got us to where we needed to be (which, as a matter of interest, was a huge parking lot, where we caught another bus to get us to the aquarium). Once we were there, the attraction was everything we expected.
Oh, the tour description mentioned return transport. That turned out not to be the case. We had to find our way home. Viator was great about it, and gave us a refund for the entire tour.
Overall, our Viator experience was a good one.
We expected something more - quite boring - maybe a wrong choice by us. Have seen better in Australia.
The Aquarium was awesome - Viator was bad - I had to call twice to find out why my trip was not confirmed and more so I was not notified about the pick up point of my ticket - horrid
The aquarium itself was great and well worth visiting but we booked and paid for a one way hotel pick up and no-one showed up we waited for over one hour. Luckily it wasn't our first trip to Singapore so we knew where to go to collect tickets. When we tried phoning there was no answer on the contact number (8.30am to 9.15am), the tour company tried to tell us someone had waited at the hotel for us but we were waiting in the lobby 15 mins early and after the appointed time. We took a taxi.
