Nancy was an excellent guide and this tour is a very worthwhile experience. Thank you for helping me understand not only Australia's involvement in the Battle of Singapore but also the other Allied forces involved and that of the Singapore people. The tour of the Battle Box the underground command centre constructed under Fort Canning was very good, followed by the comfortable bus trip to Kranji War Memorial. We had been there the day before for the Anzac Day Dawn Service but seeing the memorial again at a quieter time with a smaller group gave us more time to walk amongst the graves and reflect upon reading the headstones with the added advantage of being able to ask questions of Nancy. This tour is the perfect compliment to the Changi WW2 War Trail and Museum Tour, so I recommend both tours if you are in Singapore long enough.
Our guide, Helena, was so knowledgeable and presented everything in an interesting way. My 12 year old grand-daughter enjoyed the tour too.
Our guide was knowledgeable and was able to teach us lots about Singapore's history during the war. The Kranji War Memorial is a very moving place to visit. Highly recommend it as a way to give honor to those who died in the war.
Most informative. We were fortunate to have had Winna as our guide. Highly recommend.
Our guide was fantastic. Every site was very interesting. Cemetery was amazing, touching and very moving. I'm pleased to have learnt more about Singapore's history. I would recommend this tour to anyone.

Very interesting and informative tour, excellent and knowledgeable guide.
Something that moved me to tears.....A well organised tour.
Brilliant guide who knew her information extremely well. Great tour
Excellent tour - Helena was most knowledgable on the subject. Well paced.
Excellent and interesting tour !! ,Carol was an expert guide even went well out of her way to meet us at Little India MRT!, .We had lived in Singapore 10 years ago for a year and only ever went to Changi so this tour was great to hear about the significance of the sites of Mt Faber and Labrador Nature Reserve ,we also went to the Kranji War Memorial and it was very moving for me when we had a minutes silence that I had a lady next to me crying that had come to see a relative's resting place.

The guide had exceptional knowledge and was able to answer all questions. She was happy and obliging. We weren't rushed and were given all the time we needed. The Kranji War cemetary was very moving, and is a must see for those visiting Singapore.

The tour was most informative and educational under the leadership of our guide. He was a wealth of information and very entertaining as we were taken through the various stages of the invasion of Singapore and final surrender. This tour included a visit to Kranji cemetery, the final resting place of many of the people that did not survive the occupation of the island. The information we received also cleared up many myths surrounding the invasion and final surrender. We would recommend this experience to anyone that has an interest in the history of the second world war and the fall of Singapore.
Our tour guide, Wui Wui, was delightful and I found her maps and knowledge refreshing. The information shared was very comprehensive. Unfortunately, the weather was not refreshing and because of my advanced age and disability, I was limited for walking long distances. But this did not matter because Wui Wui always included her entire presentation to me if I wasn't able to get to the point where everyone else had gone.
Even after the tour, Wui Wui directed me to the rest rooms, water, and made sure that I had a taxi to return to the airport. I could not have been treated better if she had been my own daughter. If all of the guides and programs are this dedicated, your customers will be very pleased.
The tour was well organised and the tour guide very knowledgable. Interesting to gain an understanding of fall of Singapore. There is a lot more to Singapore than the glitzy shopping malls.
Guide very knowledgeaable and passionate about the war history of Singapore. My husband and I learned a great deal including some personalised stories.
It was a good tour but the quide did not know what a VC medal was and if there were any awarded.
Great tour, very knowledgeable guide Wui Wui, who also had bundles of personality. A very enjoyable and interesting afternoon. Thank you
Only let down here was despite there being a microphone on the bus, the guide chose to talk to the group without it - so pack a hearing aid! The noise of the bus outweighed her efforts. The commentary was lost on a majority of people for this reason. Very informative otherwise. Intense amount of info from passionate guide. Moving experience.
My husband and I went on the Singapore 1942 Battlefield Afternoon Tour. The guide, Hemlata, was very knowledgeable and friendly. We believe the information provided on the tour would keep the interest of a broad range of people. The price of the tour was very good value for money - we definitely recommend people visiting Singapore to go on this tour.

This was extremely interesting. I can't believe what this small nation has had to put up with during its short history.

Our tour guide was very well informed and we had a really good afternoon with her, well worth the money.
