The attractions pass is worth purchasing to avoid lines at ticket boxes. I do recommend the express ride pass otherwise some rides have a 90 min wait. the speed of loading rides is much slower than theme parks in UK and Australia your whole day will be spent in lines.
Purchase a rail pass also- extremely easy to navigate line UK and Paris. no need for a car. But be prepared for a bit of walking and regular humidity above 80.
This pass was not really worth getting. Had to line up at separate counter or even a different area to get admission tickets and so did not save any time and saved very little on admission cost. Skypark at Marina Bay Sands very disappointing - only limited roof access.
It was unfortunate that when book Flexi Pass we have not been informed by VIATOR.COM that there would be traffic disturbances in Singapore due to F1 car rally. We have to drop lot of city travel due to this and selected other not interested attraction. We paid S498 for nothing. Further Airport agent of viator was not cooperative . My suggestion to future travellers to explore on your own. There were lot of discounted sales attraction for which we paid full fare. Sorry VIATOR.COM this is my experience.
The Flexi Attractions Pass definitely saves you some money, but it does not save you from lining up to redeem your entry tickets to your chosen attractions at each venue. We collected our Attractions Pass when we arrived at the Airport, and it was relatively simple and quick, approximately 5 minutes. The collection point was easy to find. I perhaps wrongly presumed that this Attractions Pass would allow our family to queue only once at each of our chosen attractions, at the venue entry. However, at each attraction you must firstly find the 'Guest Services' and then queue to redeem your entry tickets, and then you must queue again to enter the venue. So a little frustrating and time consuming, as it took perhaps longer than if you simply queued for a regular ticket at the ticketing counter.
This Card was great we had no issues till the last attraction we tried to get into, being the Butterfly Park on Santosa, they would not redeem the voucher they said it can be redeemed for there attraction even though it was one of the attractions on the list. so we did have to pay to go in.
Everything else was hassle free and there were counters for people with vouchers so you didn't have to wait in the large ques the only time we lined up was at Santosa Universal studios as there Vouchers counter were hidden behind there normal ticketing boxes so we didn't see the window till we had lined up for about 20 min in the que! but all in all a good pass and worth the money we ended up using this pass for all 3 Zoo's, Singapore Flyer, Aquarium and Universal Studios.
