What You Can Expect

Singapore by Night Tour with Dinner along Singapore River

Upgrade to enjoy a Singapore Sling at the world-famous Raffles Hotel

After hotel pickup by coach, your evening tour starts with the drive through the city center. During the drive, admire an illuminated view of the Fountain of Wealth, the world’s biggest fountain, and cross the Benjamin Sheares Bridge for a glimpse of the downtown skyline.

Once at your destination, sit down at a restaurant for your Asian-inspired dinner, which includes dishes like lemon chicken and prawns (see below for a sample menu). Purchase any drinks you’d like from the bar. When you’re done eating, head with your guide to the Bugis Street night market, a bustling collection of clothing, food and knick-knack stalls where you can haggle for bargains, if you wish.

Finally, make your way to the Raffles Hotel, a colonial landmark that dates back to 1887 and is named for the founder of modern-day Singapore, Sir Stamford Raffles. Entering the hotel, take in the elegant atmosphere as you walk through the marble lobby to the legendary Long Bar, where the Singapore Sling was invented. If you select the upgrade option when booking, you’ll enjoy your own cocktail, a combination of cherry brandy, gin and fresh juice. Your tour then ends with hotel drop-off.

A wonderful Tour in Singapore. Dinner on Boat Quay was lovely, although we would have rather sat alongside the river, rather than inside the restaurant. The evening was well organised and very enjoyable.
