Very Good Tour of Singapore

Very easy to manage. Very good tour and we felt we saw most of Singapore with this bus tour. We never waited a long time for the bus and everyone was very helpful.

Great way to spend a day

Got off a cruise at 8 am and flight home wasn’t until 9:30 pm. Had a shuttle from cruise port to airport, stored our luggage, and headed out. No stop is real close to airport so we took a taxi to stop #1 for all the routes. Because I use Viator for many of my excursions we had booked this two days before. The only downside is that the green line doesn’t have any commentary. Some headphone connections were better than others. The young girl working the ticket stand was excellent. They seem to schedule the lunch about the same time, but she came over to be sure we knew which bus was leaving when. Some drivers a bit better than others in that they make sure everyone is down from upstairs or on the sidewalk wanting to get on before pulling away.

Great way to see Singapore

The variety of routes and the ability to hop on and off at a number of different points, changing routes whenever is great. You don’t want to be sitting upstairs in the uncovered seating in the hot sun without a hat or some sort of cover though.

Explore Singapore!

There isn't any sight-seeing corner of Singapore that the Hop-On Hop-Off Bus doesn't take you to. Grab a map from the company, pick your sites, and hop on the bus that will go on that route--all color coded. Couldn't be easier!

Night tour
vashti123
, Oct 2019
Buses were fine during the day but the night tour was bad. We went to the Chinese street food market. Had less than 30 minutes before we had to be back at the bus. We were told firstly that the bus was late because of the Indian festival (which happens every year). Then we were told it had broken down. It eventually turned up (hadn’t broken down). Went to the Gardens by the bay, which was the main reason for the excursion for most people). Our guide asked if we could leave five minutes before the end to get back to the bus. As the show only lasted 15 minutes we refused. Very young guide who didn’t give much info at all. Really a wasted evening

Good Tour

Overall the 4 routes showed us all the sights. The only negative was that the commentary was not as informative as it could have been. Also the last bus for each route stops too early in the evening. Another hour added on to any of the routes would be more desirable

Great Value

There are multiple lines and multiple buses from two companies. You can ride both company buses, making it easy to get around. It's a great way of seeing the highlights and getting to know the area.

Expensive Way to Travel
Wanderer413783
, Oct 2018
We chose this method of transport thinking that it would be the best way to get around Singapore but in hindsight it was an expensive way to travel. Buses are more often or not late. On the plus side they are easy to use. If we visit again we will research the local bus service and compare it against the cost of this service.

Lovely to see the city and to stop...
Elizabeth M D
, Apr 2018
Lovely to see the city and to stop off at sights you are interested in. Loved the Botanical Gardens especially the Orchid display, and also the Gardens at the bay. China town and Little India are a definite must see for browsing and shopping especially Mustafa shopping complex. Singapore will definitely see me again and the variety of food is great!
